I was throughly disappointed in my services that I received from car pool. I spent $ 60 and even the most basic things were half done. I spent an extra 15 to have my tires cleaned and still had dirt left on there. The only reason they received two stars is because the people were friendly and the hot wax looked really good. I would have rather had my dad wash my car at least he would have paid attention to detail

Very reasonably priced with a rainy day guarantee. The team works very hard to ensure you are happy and the prices are very reasonable. When I don’t do the job myself, I take it here, and the employees take huge pride in their work.

Im so tired of this hot, rainy weather… today… I don’t care and decided to go to car pool… they really did an excellent job… My baby was a dirty girl and now she looks pretty… lol… 4 stars only because when your car is done, the speaker system is so shabby you can not tell what name they are saying… other than that… impressive.

Came in to use my Groupon & treat my car to a good cleaning. As another said Not the cheapest — but you get what you pay for. Everyone was very nice & did a VERY good job! I am a new customer!

They always do a mediocre job, even when I buy the expensive package. The final straw was when after paying $ 90 plus the tip I left before I saw our truck, they didn’t clean out the leaves in the truck bed. When asked, I was told by the manager they don’t do that. They have plenty of competition, take your money there.

My car hadn’t had a detail in over 2 years. I chose the interior clean, ext. wash and wax — all told about $ 80 but worth every penny. There are cheaper options that don’t include tire black, wax, etc… but my car is 7 years old and it looks almost brand new. Even the cup holders were clean. Could not be more pleased.
Tipping is appreciated at about the same rate as restaurant.
