Highly upset! I ordered a ToGo order and when I went to the bar, I stood there about 10 mins waiting. Nobody asked if I had been helped or looked like they we’re trying to find the bartender. When I finally was acknowledged, she brought out my food and walked off before I could ask anything. She didn’t ask if I needed anything else. I waited for another 5 mind before she came back and I asked her for the free Cheddar biscuits. She started making a guy’s drink at the bar first even though I was there first and still waiting! Another lady came out w another Togo order and she asked HER to get them… wtf? In the end it was going to be another 10 mins for the biscuits so I said never mind and left. They also got my fiancé’s order wrong. Smh

I came in from out of town and was looking for a place to eat dinner. It had been about 15 years since I’ve been to a Ruby Tuesdays so I thought I’d give it a try. Despite it being 5:30, the place was practically empty, which should have been my first clue. After standing there for about three minutes, I was about to leave when host came out to seat me. I was seated at a booth with the stickiest table. My server came over and I can’t remember when I last interacted with someone who acted disinterested as he did. I gave him my order and went over to the salad bar. I thought the whole point of Ruby Tuesdays was their amazing salad bar. Am I wrong? Did I remember incorrectly? Because it was just a run of the mill salad bar. My entrée was slightly better. The chicken was cooked very well, still juicy, but the mashed potatoes were gross. They were thick and gummy served with a scoop which always makes me think of institutional food. It was also very salty. Unfortunately, the server didn’t bother to refill my water until I asked for the check(he was too busy sitting down next to the bar). The next day I was at my client’s office and mentioned I had eaten at Ruby Tuesdays the night before. Every single one of them made a face. Lesson learned… ask the locals where they like to eat.

Is incredible how unacceptable service and food quality continues being offered without the need for a change. This so called restaurants r nothing more than a fancied up dinner. $ 50 later and walked away with a stomach ache: s

My family and I stopped in for lunch. I ordered the Hickory Bourbon Salmon with the mashed potatoes and salad bar. The salad bar was great as usual. There were plenty of toppings and it was very clean. The salmon was good, but the best part was the bourbon sauce. I’ll take another side of that… please! I enjoyed everything, service was good and if I’m in town again I’d stop in again!

I was very disappointed to be honest. The service wasn’t great. The employees were More interested in a basketball game on the tv than on doing their job. Looks bad for the restaurant. People walked In the restaurant and the hostess(some red head girl) wasn’t even up front to greet them because she was too busy watching the game. The manager didn’t seem to tell any of the employees anything; instead, he’d stand there with them. We had Julie as our waitress and she did a pretty fair job. She didn’t seem distracted by the tv and she was doing her job the entire time we were here(so was another waitress, Samantha). They were focused on their job and on the costumers. Food was pretty poor. My husband and I had the chicken broccoli pasta. The broccoli was kind of hard and the chicken wasn’t too great. I will most definitely not be coming back.

Poor service, poor food, poor atmosphere. The only positive being it is close to the Hampton Inn. You simply get the sense they don’t care and they don’t know what they are doing.

We went here on a Friday afternoon around 2:30. Well after the lunch crowd and well before the dinner crowd. As expected, the restaurant was not crowded at all. We waited at the hostess stand for a few minutes expecting to be seated right away. As we were very hungry we were eying the salad bar, which did look appealing, when one of the wait staff(?) came out to tend to it. A gentleman sitting around the corner called to him to ask where his waiter was. He was told he would be there in a minute. I too asked where the hostess was and was told they were probably in the bathroom and it would be just a minute. He then walked to the back and said, yep, just a minute they are in the bathroom. He then tended to the salad bar and walked away. We had been standing there for almost 8 minutes when we just decided to leave. If they can’t seat us and we will have to ask for the waiter there was no telling how long the food would have taken. The burgers at the Wendy’s next door were very filling.

This was nice experience. Good food and service. We went in after Church with a party of 9, Other than a couple toppings on two hamburgers being mixed up everything was perfect. The Waitress, Tai, was on her A Game. No drinks were left unfilled and everyone was served right on time. Good Job!

After trying to visit some places that no longer existed, we settled on Ruby Tuesdays for lunch. The look has changed considerably over the years and as with the other chains, so has the menu. What has remained the same is the availability of a medium sized salad bar that is available by itself, with soup or as an addition to some dinners. I decided to have the salad bar, my wife a menu salad with fried chicken and my son, the kid’s pasta. After ordering, we received rolls that are atypical of those found in many chains. They were smaller, had parts of veggies in them and were served warm. They really were the highlight of the meal. The salad bar was adequate with fresher items than is found in many salad bars, but again, not as large as some found elsewhere. My wife’s salad had some items not generally found in prepared salads, such as peas. The strips of chicken appeared to be breaded nicely and were of good size. My son’s pasta had a nice thick red sauce that he loved. What I noticed about his dish, was it was absent the water typically found in similar dishes. The server was quite attentive and unlike most places we visit, as soon as the drink was nearly finished, she provided a refill. So why only 3 stars? The price for the meals and drinks was just south of 30 dollars! Sorry, but I feel this to be a bit pricey for two salads, a kid’s meal and two sodas. It’s kind of sad that some of the better locally owned restaurants that we once around this area are now gone, leaving us with more costly, less fulfilling chains in their wake.
