Not a good massage. When I walked in, one of the front desk girls being on her cell phone was the first sign. Not relaxing and the entire time I was just waiting for it to be over. Didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing at all. I like deep massage but this was painful. Have $ 60 left on a gift card but I don’t think I’ll even be going back to use that. If you want to get a massage at a «chain» place, Massage envy is much better. Staff and environment were much more impressive.

@Mike V. Thanks for getting back to me. The fact that your responded says a lot and I would likely give you another chance if I still lived in the area. For others in RVA — it’s impressive that ownership replied and that is usually and indication that there is true commitment from ownership to providing a positive customer experience. I had an excellent experience here! My husband bought me a groupon for our anniversary. I was in desperate need of a massage (we just had a baby a few months ago and I just started a new job, so I’m just a wee bit stressed!) The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff is very friendly and keep you at ease. My therapist was wonderful and I wish I could remember her name. I was treated to a first rate massage. She worked on all my problem areas and I came out feeling like a wet noodle (in a good way!) in the end I was relaxed and refreshed.

Worst experience ever. Masseuse FEEL ASLEEP! Young lady at the front desk was incredibly apologetic. I will never use this place again or recommend.

Had a groupon for a 60 minute massage– received 40 minutes. The receptionist (Angie) at the front desk was very rude when she informed me that the therapist I had booked with was unavailable. The therapist I had was very good, but only gave a 40 minute massage. I asked about the shortage on the way out and was given a BS reason about scheduling as i was 10 minutes late. There were no other clients waiting, so the excuse was not valid– and what about the other 10 minutes? Did not receive a call reminding me of the appointment to the therapist change. Would never go back– this is like the McDonalds of massage.
