I just needed to update my review to mention a few additional things about this great shop. The customer service is still top notch, and they REALLY make you feel like you’re family when you come in to this shop. There has been times after hours when the shop had just closed and I had an issue with a device, and Rudy had stayed late just to allow me time to get to the shop so he could correct the issue I was having. Management really cares about the customers and is constantly doing tastings of juice (for free) to allow the customer base to select the new juice lines that come in. Almost every day they run flash sales that they announce on their Facebook (so be sure to follow them there) on juices, RDAs, and even mods. The give aways are fantastic too, and the amount of free stuff given away just for being a customer over this past Black Friday was excellent.
I should mention that they have moved to a new location (in the strip directly behind their old location) next to the Harley Davidson dealership. It’s MUCH more spacious and very inviting if you want to hang out and lounge around. Of all the shops in the Chesterfield area I’ve been to, I’ve found La’Vape to be the absolute best in terms of customer service, location, pricing, selection, and atmosphere. Give ‘em a shot.
