Extremely pricy for what little value they add. I paid $ 24 for 3 dress shirts and 2 pair of slacks to be laundered and hung. The premium price they charge doesn’t match the level of service you receive. You either get starch or no starch. No «light, medium or heavy”– just yes or no. For the premium price, you should get wooden hangers, an option for starch levels and a friendly smile. I now use a competitor down the street and it’s well over half price($ 9.15 to be exact)– for the same exact items– however, I now get a choice of starch options as well as a welcoming smile. No difference in the quality of the end product either…

Speaking as a person that wears a suit 5 days a week and has used numerous dry cleaning services over the years Puritan Cleaners is the best around. I leave my clothes in a bag on my door on Tuesday and they are returned on Friday cleaned pressed and ready to go at no extra charge. They also have a 24 hour service for an additional fee but I havent had the need to use it. If you live in their delivery area and need clothes dry cleaned on a normal basis Puritan Cleaners is the best choice in Midlothian.

Been going to this Puritan for years. The staff are great — love Shannon!!! Clothes done quickly and accurately. Have only had one mishap and the manager handled it quickly and efficiently. I would recommend it — and priority bags to anyone especially to young professionals who want to maintain a good business image.

Place appears busy and user friendly, But the cost is higher than those around and its no different from other cleaning services. Nearly 10 $ to clean one shirt is ridiculous.
