Doug and Tracey were two of the nicest people I met while in Midlothian, VA. They were very accommodating to our needs both of my business and my personal space. The storage facilities were kept clean and free from clutter. There was not a time I ever visited where the place was dirty. Even the bathrooms are spotless and kept clean and smelling great. The prices for the climate control are very reasonable. I loved the indoor climate spaces. It’s great to get your things and not be out in cold or hot weather or when it was raining. You want the greatest storage facility in this area? Go to Uncle Bobs and see Doug or Tracey.

If you are worried about the security of your belongings, DO NOT USE UNCLE BOB’S!!!
I had a trailer parked here and had to pull it out on Fridays and return it on Sunday’s. Every time I tried to return my trailer to my spot, many strange cars were parked everywhere! They would even be parked in my spot! I would complain to the person working and they would tell me to go find the people and have them move! Turns out, the people would be attending some weekly yard sale and the people who run Uncle Bob’s allow the visitor to park inside the gates!!! They actually leave the gates open for strange people to come in! What is the point of a security code if the gates are open to everyone???
I tried to contact the general manager about this, but he would never return my call.
Go to Gentio or Clover Hill Self Storage — cheaper and safer!

I love this place! Cheapest place I;‘ve ever lived at, no water is included, so make sure you’ve got a good relationship with the Wendy’s down the street. It does get annoying when the auctions come through, they always wake me up from my morning nap. They say I’m their best tenant, but I’m their only tenant, so I’m their worst tenant too. I hope I get my deposit back and can renew my lease. Thanks again bob! Best Landlord ever!

Once again, the customer service at this location has blown us away. The staff always goes way above and beyond our expectations. They are wonderful! Not only are they very friendly, but also they will do whatever is in their power to help you. Absolutely excellent.
