Crappy bed. They only have double beds. No queen or king. They used a queen size fitted sheet on the crappy double bed so when I tossed and turned it popped off the bed corner and covered my head. The air conditioner didn’t really work, it just blew around the poisonous Utah air trying to make sick or kill me. The mold on the floorboards in the bathroom was not awesome either. Nor was the table in the kitchenette area that appeared to have been gnawed upon.

This place was lovely! The rooms were great, staff was extremely friendly, ok complimentary breakfast, indoor pool, workout room, and an overall pleasant hotel to stay at!

I agree with reviewer John T. This hotel is old, dark and dingy and in serious need of an update. I am a Hilton Honors Gold member and this is the worst Hilton Hotel I have ever stayed in. I received an email 2 days before my stay allowing me to choose my room and pre-check in. When I arrived later than expected because of a flight delay, they were sorry but they had to move me to the first floor. I am a female traveling alone and this does not make me feel safe and it certainly did not make me happy. Why ask me to choose my room then change it before I get there with no notice? I get to the room, it has been smoked in and smells disgusting. Its 10:30 pm and I’m to exhausted to do anything about it then so I wait until the next day to address it– gal at the desk promises to have some Febreeze spray brought to my room. 2 hours go by, no spray. Call the front desk, she is sorry she forgot and 30 min later I have Febreeze. I soaked every cloth fiber in the room-and the air intake vents for the a/c– its better but still stinks. They are full so I cant change rooms. Dinner the second night– out of food, have to wait over 20 minutes for a little tiny sandwich about the size of a .50 piece. Suck. I go out to one of the restaurants nearby. Location is great and that is the reason for the 2 stars– if not for that and the surrounding amenities, I would give zero stars if that were possible. 2nd day there I have used exactly 1 small glass, 1 coffee cup and the coffee maker– I come back to my room in the middle of the day to find the dishwasher running a full cycle with 1 small glass and 1 coffee cup– housekeeping didn’t put the coffee carafe in-it is still half full of the crap coffee I didn’t drink from the morning. WTF? There is dish soap and a cloth. WHY are you wasting water running the dishwasher for 1 glass and 1 cup??? Finally, my 3rd night I am flipping through the literature on the coffee table– It says they have shuttle rides to the airport. I go to the front desk to set this up… guess what? No shuttle rides to the airport. Really? I am over this hotel and will not recommend it or stay here again. For the money you can get a much nicer, newer room with competent staff just about anywhere else.

This place is an out of date, poorly maintained dump. We had a reservation for a whole week, and arrived to find that they closed half the parking lot for repairs, so we ended up parking on the street out front, and then they informed us that they wanted to replace all the bath tubs in the suites … During our stay. After the first days of tub replacements, they realized the chemicals used were toxic, so we were asked to move to a different room … Where the toxic fumes had supposedly already dissipated. Suffice it to say we left for a newer place. Save your sanity and stay someplace else.

We rented a 2 queen bed, bedroom suite. It had a 2 burner electric stove, microwave, dish washer, refridgerator, coffee maker, sleeper sofa, kitchen table with 2 chairs, and 2 flat screen TVs. The bathroom was large with a handy door between the sink area and the toilet and bath tub. Everything was clean and well maintained. We were right across from the elevator, which worried me at first. But we didn’t hear the ding while inside our room. The breakfast was very good: scrambled eggs, sausage, bisquits and gravy, as well as plenty of fruit, bagels, cereal, etc. The best part of our stay was the free popcorn and cookies in the evening, though. We had our grandchildren visit our room one evening and they really enjoyed that.

Here for just a night for a work meeting in town the next day. I was pleasantly surprised to walk into a rather large room with full kitchen, sofa, large bathroom and a ceiling fan. The hotel was easy to spot off the road and the employee checking me in was very nice. I’m a rewards member so I was treated to two bottles of water and a choice of candy or snack from their small convenience store section. I also get free WiFi no matter if the hotel offers it or not. Free breakfast is offered to everyone as well as various snacks and treats throughout the day that seem to change from day to day. Parking is free and located right in front of the lobby and I didn’t have any trouble finding a nearby spot. Its not the newest hotel, but I found the room to be rather nice and clean, but mainly very homely, which is nice to help to forget a little that your not at home. The hotel is located very close to a large shopping center with plenty of restaurant choices as well as other retail chains to get anything you need. I find the price I paid to get this kind of room to be very fair and they seem to take great strives to treat their customers well and make them happy.
