Up in Smoke

This is what you call a vape shop? Wow… Maybe because I’m just visiting from Las Vegas what are vape shops are vape shops they don’t sell big tobacco products in them considering Big Tobacco want to shut down the vaping industry. Needless to say we bought nothing from here and not just because this place sells big tobacco and baby products which I still can’t believe but because the place was dirty and the customers are rude. I’ve been vaping for 4 year’s I know my stuff and the person working tried telling me the mods that I had with me are garbage and I should talk them out and buy some of their mod lol. Like I said I’m traveling so I had a lot of mod’s in my bag, VaporShark DNA 200, Lava Box DNA 200, Authentic Vicious Ant Titanium Variant Slim authentic King Mod, Snow Wolf and IPV 3 Li but my mod’s are garbage lol. the worker didn’t even know what any of my stuff was he had to ask me the name of each one, so if you don’t know what they are how are you going to tell me that your city? People of Utah stay away and go to a real Vape shop or order online!

What a horrible experience. We walked in and a female employee was eating on the counter and the place just looked trashy. Against my better judgment, my fiancée and I stayed. She chose what she wanted and made a purchase. When asked about filling and assembling the e cigarette, the female employee handed it off to some young kid who wasn’t behind the counter and I’m not even sure if he works there. The whole time he’s fumbling with the e cigarette he’s saying «dude, do you know how long it’s been since I messed with one of these? «Finally a male employee takes it from him and gets it put together. Needless to say it never worked properly. 2 days later my fiancée returns only to get «all sales final». This place is a rip off with absolutely NO level of professionalism, STAY AWAY!

The shop has a couple new guys there who are knowledgeable and helpful for your needs. New stuff is coming in and changing out. It’s one of my hangouts to shoot the breeze. It’s local;what can I say? Come by and you’ll meet a cool staff!

I have frequented quite a few of the smoke shops in the valley. Some are better than others, some feel dirty & some more snooty. After going to this one twice, I have to say, I’m a now loyal customer. They have great selections of everything you might be looking for. Most important though, the staff. The best word to describe them… AMAZING! They have been approachable, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly & more than helpful. I love this place!
