Service King Collision Repair of Mill Creek

Just picked my car up and it looks perfect. I chose this shop because Geico had an adjuster onsite and it was close to my apartment and am so happy I did. I got text updates daily (great not having to play phone tag when you work nights and are in school full time) and when Volvo was slow getting them parts and I had to return the car I was borrowing they offered to give me a free rental to get me through. Overall as low stress as it could have been and excellent work and customer service. I hope I never have to come back but wouldn’t hesitate for a second if I had to.

After getting rear ended and going threw my own insurance company State Farm. Service king was recommend by my insurance company to handle the repairs. Sean kept me well informed and confident in his professionalism threw out the repair process. Guaranteed the workmanship and got my car back much earlier than promised.

I had my 2014 VW Golf fixed here after my wife’s parked car jumped out and hit my Golf as I was backing out. They got it back to me in less time than they predicted. I found a problem with the paint, a blemish I noticed when the sun hit it in the right spot. I also noticed that my air conditioner was not working.
I called Sean my service advisor and took my baby back in and the fixed the blemish by repainting the fender. Before it was put back together the service manager noticed an imperfection so they did it again to make sure it was perfect.
The AC was a problem however. There was a damaged AC line and after talking with Sean we could not determine the cause of the failure but Service King took the hit to make me a happy customer and they did a super job, I am a very happy customer.
I highly recommend getting your repair there, just call and ask for Sean.

I was initially skeptical about having by work done at the shop recommended by my insurance company! Any doubts I had were quickly alleviated by the professionalism of the staff. I was kept up to date about the progress and the project was completed on time. They even addressed some issues not caused by the. Would highly recommend them!!!

Someone hit my new car (Lexus is250) and ran. I went to service King per my insurance company. I was really nervous leaving my car with them because I have heard a lot of horror stories about body shops. I put my faith in geico though, and left my car with service King for repairs. It was only minor scratches and dents. First of all, service King did not go over any of the repairs they did to my car. Not one person explained what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. Upon receiving my car, 4 days after I dropped it off, it didn’t look too bad. After I left the lot I noticed how horrible of a job they really did. Not only does my bumper not line up properly, the paint job is absolutely awful and the texture does not match the rest of the car. They did not reattach my bumper correctly, and there is exposed white primer on spots that they didn’t paint. My rear quarter panel does not match my other side, and the repair is shoddy. I am extremely upset with the repair work that they did. Forget their «lifetime warranty» if they can’t perform quality work the first time, I sure as heck will not take it back to them to get it repaired. This car is my baby, it is brand new and I expect anyone doing anything to my car to treat it like it was their own. I honestly feel extremely insulted by geico for giving this repair the a ok upon inspection, and definitely from service King for their careless work. I will be contacting my insurance company (geico) and getting my car redone at a different body shop.

Came to drop my car off for repair, but I didn’t like the estimate. Someone hit my car recently and it was on the bumper/​fender (front-​right side of the car). I was hoping to fix all the damage it has done as well as not pay for any of it out of my own pocket. USAA, the insurance company, I was working with recommended me this place and said they would pay for everything. However, Matt, Service King employee, told me he couldn’t paint my whole bumper because my previous paint job was done poorly (and they provide warranty for their job).
I told Matt I will look elsewhere and his service went down from there. His attitude is not something you want to deal with from a service company.
Take your car somewhere else. There are better car repair shops around here.

Service King has amazing attention to detail. The location is not too hard to find and the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and friendly tone of voice. This initial review is for the customer service aspect. I will update my review once I pick up my car. I have been through several different auto shops for different purposes and I HIGHLY recommend Service King for your incident repairs. They are prompt and get you an estimate within the same day. One thing I absolutely love about this shop are their e-​mail updates. Rather than getting text messages that clutter your phone, they send e-​mail updates every time they hit a «mile mark» on your vehicle’s progress. I get about one or two e-​mails a day. Again, I recommend Service King if you got minor damages or major. They are spot-​on with integrity, customer service, and customer satisfaction.

My car was repaired here through Progressive. The repair work was of great quality. Only issue I noticed was paint splashes on the windows which they promptly took care of when I pointed it out at the pickup.

Had my car fixed here after someone hit it. I was worried about the color match after the repair but Matthew made sure it was perfect! Thank you so much! It looks brand new! I would definitely recommend this place! Enterprise is in the same building so it’s extremely easy to rent a temporary car. I will come here again if anything ever happens! (Hopefully not).

I got my bumper fixed here after a car accident. Matt was extremely helpful friendly and efficient. He always kept me updated on the progress of my car and it was finished in a very timely manner.
My car looked fantastic! Not only did they fix the bumper but the vacuumed and clean the car! I was extremely satisfied.
I highly recommend going to Service King for all your collision needs. By far the best service I have ever received at an auto shop.
