Shout out to the 3 great guys at the TMobile store on 164th in Mill Creek, Jerry, Matt and Michio.
Small store but huge service. Made my switch from another carrier to TMobile today and these guys were super helpful. Went out of their way to take care of things, very friendly and great customer service.

Demitre helped me at this store, was there for two hours because I had a lot of the pictures to transfer. Kept me entertained the whole time and was super nice and funny. Would suggest anyone going in there to get a new phone, super nice and helpful people!!!

I came in to this T-​Mobile store today just expecting the normal upsell that I usually get when I come into a phone store lol. But to my surprise Michio and Demitre were great. They saved me a lot on my phone bill and managed to help me set up my new iPhone as well as transfer all my contacts over. I will definitely be back. I did not know that good customer service was a thing anymore. Thanks guys (:

I came in to upgrade my phone and add another line. The manager is named Sean and he’s nice enough but talks way too fast.
Sean said I could trade in my old S4 for $ 180 which would be used as credit towards my next bill. I said I wasn’t sure if I wanted to trade in now and I asked if I could trade it in at a later point. He said I could. So I come back at a later point and they tell me you have to trade when you get a new phone. I tell them what Sean said to me and they say maybe it’s a special thing only the manager can do, but they can’t do anything. I give them my name and number and tell them to have Sean call me. I never received a call. Absolutely atrocious customer service.
