Yessica and the male working with her were very rude. It didn’t seem like they wanted to serve a group of 4 when we arrived it took them at least 4 minutes for them to come forward. The man didn’t know what he was doing and didn’t speak well English at all. I ordered a 6 inch spicy Italian and he charged me for a chicken teriyaki. After I told him I didn’t order chicken teriyaki I ordered a spicy Italian. A friend asked if there was a reason why the bathroom was locked since we were the only ones in the subway and the man said no but the lady said it was out of order with no sign out to prove it. Then we ate our food and yessica decides to mop right as we were finishing up so when we got up we had to walk over the strip she mopped to throw away our trash and my friends were saying she was eyeing us down. Overall bad experience.

I was with a group(4 kids 3 adults). They were super friendly. Got exactly what we wanted, even my skins bizarre request for a turkey meatball. Enjoyed our visit.

Stay away from this place! Zero stars is more like it! Refused a perfectly valid coupon! He was rude to not only me, but the customers ahead of me. Spare yourself the grief and his sour puss face and attitude… go to another subway! «Marin City» customer service knows how to treat people! Head over to Donahue St subway instead!

Worst service ever . Was here to buy sandwiches. And the service that we got from the employees here was terrible. Firstly, the restroom is always out of order here… The employees are not at all welcoming and when we asked to add a few things in our sandwiches and on the sode, they just objected straight away. I wouldnt recommend people to come here.

The guy at the counter wouldn’t accept a perfectly valid coupon. Date and location were right on the coupon. It wasn’t even that special of a coupon, $ 6 for any sandwich. Besides that the place was miserably hot. I waited behind a line of tourists in sweaty heat only to have the guy refuse my coupon. The only good thing is it’s good for my health to write off the crp sold here and not come back

Great service! I love the smell of the fresh made bread! I feel bad for the employees since its so damn hot in this place! And as a customer I would like to have some sort of air conditioning while I enjoy my meal!

I always enjoy the happy staff and customer service at this location. I have become a regular there now as I grab a sandwich on my way to work. The selection of side items like chips, beverages, and cookies are plentiful. The place is always clean. I enjoy the way they treat me and the sandwiches are always exactly what I ask for. So many Sandwich shops just don’t listen and give you something you didn’t want. Here I get what I ask for. Great food. Recommended.

Eat fresh you say? Eat more I say! Great sandwiches, cute staff, and an atmosphere that can only be described as «inviting»! Subway, a local mom & pop sandwich shop, located in the sleepy little town of Mill Valley, has charmed its way into MV’s première sandwich spot! This local business specializes in affordable, make-your-own sandwiches.12 inches of sandwich for only five dollars! Maps of the NY public transit system plaster the walls and when I inquired if the owners had New York roots I was greeted with an enthusiastic«huh?» Great times at a great place! Welcome to the neighborhood Subway! Hopefully local businesses like this can continue to inhabit the Mill Valley area!

You know what you’re getting here. They handle the Mount Tam crowd well. Long line for the bathroom, though!

We grabbed sandwiches to go from this Subway while on our way home from the beach. The two stars are for the fact that the garbage was literally overflowing and no one did anything about it. I seriously took my garbage with me because my only other option was to throw it on the floor in front of the garbage container. No thank you.

I have seemed to have developed a strange new addiction to Subway sandwiches. I like Subway because they are cheep, healthy, and yummy. I come to this location a lot because its usually not busy so I get my food pretty quickly. I am no Subway adventure taker meaning I haven’t really tried a ton of their menu items I normally just get the same sandwich time after time, and it works for me.

I always stop at this Subway when I’m on the way to Muir Woods. The inside is very, very small with only about 3 – 4 tables, and its usually really warm in there… but it’s a convenient spot and they do make a good sandwich!

If you’re heading to Muir Woods, think about picking up a sandwich here, so that you don’t have to eat at the café in the park.

My co-worker and I headed into Subway for a quick lunch… however, it was not exactly the quick lunch that we had anticipated. While there were only about 7 people in line ahead of us, the line moved ridiculously slowly. I think the great grilling option adds to the prep time… At first, there was only one person preparing sandwiches and one at the cash register. Luckily, they seemed to call for back-up and two more people joined them right before it was our turn in line. Both my co-worker and I planned on the honey oat bread but they were all out. Then, when I ordered wheat, they said they were out of that too but luckily«found» a loaf under the counter. I opted for the $ 5 foot-long grilled chicken sandwich even though I can usually only eat 6″ at a time because it was only 60 cents more than the 6″ variety. I ordered it grilled and served with all the veggies and honey mustard. Yum, yum, yum! Wow, I was hungry… I enjoyed about 8 inches ;)

Now they’ve got double meat and all the marketing to make you think you are eating healthy! I guess it could be worse though. They also finally got rid of the meat wrapped up in the sliced paper. Now the meat seems to be freshly sliced and placed into the silver tins sans the paper. Huge improvements in the bread department as well, with variety and freshness. Quiznos is still better though…
