Horrible experience. The dr seems rude to his employees. his assistant and the front desk lady especially. you can hear him yell at her from the waiting room. and every time ive came in theres new faces. NOT GOOD. the office seems very old, kinda dirty looking. i wouldn’t recommend this office!

I’ve been coming here for years now. The staff here are really nice and are amazing at what they do. They are always willing to compromise with scheduling appointments and accept post dated payments which is a huge weight lifted off my shoulders since i don’t have to call in for it to be debited from my account.
They do accept payment plans which is half now and half in 2 weeks which if you have insurance shouldn’t be too much of a problem but Being a girl in her early 20’s with enough bills to pay, sometimes feels like a bit much, but it’s not something I personally can’t work around.
I’ve been to another dentistry recently just because it was a little closer to home and that was a mistake on my part since they wanted to do 4 root canals, and when I came here and told them about my situation and provided them the x-​Rays the other dentist took, under their care and review it turns out I only needed 1.
These people are the only ones I let handle my teeth.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Tan for several years now and highly recommend him. The first thing he did for me was a crown (that my original dentist couldn’t do) on a cracked upper tooth with a difficult root canal. I asked him to save the tooth because I didn’t want an implant and he did. Since then he’s done fillings and work as needed and always checks my bite carefully to make sure the crown is still in good shape. He’ll make recommendations about things I need but let’s me prioritize what I can afford without pressure. Recently I thought I’d cracked the crown, I left a message Sunday night, Rosa called at 8:30 am Monday, I was in the chair by 11:30. The crown was not cracked after all but since I was there I told him my front tooth felt sharp inside. He fixed it with composite and made it secure and smooth, no shots, painless, feels great now. The staff is caring and Dr. Tan always makes me feel comfortable and well cared for. He listens, he’s kind, he’s skilled and professional. That’s worth a lot. Easy location as I live in West Marin. Very fair pricing too.

I love front desk lady rosa! Lily the assistant is great def knows what shes doing. The new Dr to help dr tan on weekends is good she’s fast and great at numbing hardly felt anything at all… the only part i hated was the cavitron during the cleaning was painful cause my teeth is super sensitive i pefer hand scaling next time ill mention it LOL not her fault I got sensitive teeth LOL
