McDonald’s

It’s not bad modern McDonald, clean and neat. The services are OK am just like most other McDonalds out there. The only thing I don’t like so far is there isn’t too much parking in the front. Most likely you will need to park in the spaces that infringement of other shops.

I have been a pretty loyal customer to this establishment for years considering that it’s the only one within the Millbrae/​burlingame area. Although for the most part the service I get through the drive-​thru is pretty good, time and time again when I show up for breakfast in the early morning there is this one Latina lady who is constantly giving the worst customer service. Her attitude is terrible. If you hate your job find a new one. The last time I dealt with her just pushed me to write this review. She NEVER smiles and I constantly have to ask her to give me NAPKINS! She has this look on her face as if I shouldn’t be here so early in the morning because she shouldn’t have to provide service that early in the morning. I hate pulling up to see her. So I don’t go anymore. Sad because I try to treat myself to McDonald’s breakfast once a week and she is definitely the reason I don’t go anymore. Please remove such a miserable person from your drive thru window because she is the only reason I am writing this review. The rest of the staff who is at the window is great at their job.

This renovated location is a BAD design, one door entrance/​exit. Inside the seating is limited but their kitchen is huge. The drive thru takes up all the space in the back. Only one cashier. Very bad, the hell happened?!

The food is well, McDonalds. My review is solely on the renovation and the addition to the drive through. Opinion is that poor planning went into it. It offers two lanes now which has added to the overall congestion getting in and out of neighboring businesses and has led to traffic on the street.

New building and there are many notable improvements to this location now. It is a really wonderful addition to the area! mcds is always the best fast food chain around

With a brand new establishment of such popularity comes automatic hype. The last building was demo’d and they replaced it with a massive white box with another golden arch. I just wanted to check it out, so we went inside, rather than taking the drive-​thru. I was shocked at how small the eatery portion of the building was. What was the rest of the building used as? Maybe they were storing the cattle to make the beef fresh onsite. It was not at all impressive.
The cashier who took our order kept repeating what I said to make sure he understood correctly. I thought they were attempting to do some Eddy the Echo ploy to go with old marketing. He echoed my order FOUR times all with question marks at the end of each phrase. What was so difficult about «two number one meals»?
The dining area was filthy and the new and modern soda fountains was out of original Coke, although it had about 10 other Coke flavors.
I really miss the original building with two-​stories that was around back in the 80’s and 90’s. They ruined a good thing with all the poor modernization attempts.

This place failed. It’s brand new and already a miss!
The snot-​nosed cashier kept asking us our order repeatedly, to make sure he got it right. Yes, two number ones with Coke… for the fourth time.
Then there was no more coke in the soda fountain. That pushed me over the edge. Coke is a staple with a McDonald’s meal.
The place was a pigsty inside and there were all these workers just hanging out, but yet there was a wait of about a dozen people and only one person was attempting to do anything.
Lastly, they must have a vault hidden somewhere, because you don’t have a building that big with such a small dining area. Maybe there was a VIP section you need a special invitation for.

Ever since they rebuilt this place, the service has gotten very slow. I don’t know what it is, but it takes almost 5 minutes to get food served inside.

Nice new renovated branch but very bad and slow service. Nobody is in the counter even there are 8 of us in the line. The cashier — only one — takes your order and prepares your order which cause slow service. The new design is a failure. Bigger store but few seats. The 2 lane drive thru is not maximize. Their stockroom is big, the kitchen is big too BUT the restaurant itself is tiny. I was excited to see this newly renovated branch but after I’ve seen it — the old branch had better service.

The new remodel McDonald’s looks pretty fancy but the old design had more parking spaces and the inside also had more seats/​tables. Also, it seems harder to walk in or out back to your car with this new layout? Maybe, I’m not used to it yet? The food is ok for now but its still kind of new so I really don’t want to judge that right now.

Finally re-​opened, and what a mess the drive thru is harder to get to, they have to lanes to order just to immediately merge together and 2 pick up windows, talk about confusing. Now there’s much less parking.

Oct 22 and still under construction ;(what happened to «early October»

I was devastated when the old location was torn down a few months ago. Not that I eat fast food all the time, but it’s good to know this is a close enough option if I feel like revisiting a childhood treat.
I’m glad this is finally reopened after the renovation was about a month overdue, but am disappointed. Upon seeing the frame being built (I drive past the location every morning on my way to work), I thought, oh nice, it’s going to be bigger. No, it’s actually smaller. Other reviewer is correct: reduced parking, reduced dining space, but more room for not one, but two drive-​thrus.
Had breakfast there this morning. Had been wondering how they were going to announce the reopening. Maybe a few promo deals? No announcement, no promos. My breakfast was good though.
McDonald’s, I’m glad you’re back but I don’t understand this new layout.

My daughter and I went to get a meal for breakfast. This is the newly reopened McDonalds. I’m generally disappointed. They reduced the amount of parking outside and the number of seats inside. Our hash browns were not fully cooked and my daughter’s oatmeal was soupy. My daughter’s water was burning hot too. I think they missed a big opportunity to reinvent themselves with this café experience.

Rebuilding a new McDonald’s…opening early October. Always received good service here.

Well that sux… maybe they’re building a new one… they tore it down… just fyi. I have no clue what they will be putting up in its place but I hope it’s a revamped mcdonalds

This location was ½ way knocked down this morning :(

We pulled up at 11am and they still served us breakfast. For that, I will Unilocal you 4 stars!
