I found this place when I was driving around Milpitas Blvd looking for some place to get my hair cut. Found that they do walk in appointments. I walked in and made an appointment for later that afternoon. After the long day I had, I returned to get my Executive haircut which included a 5 minutes neck/​shoulder massage with Alix. The massage reminded me I really need to get some more work done (sent shivers all over my body). Alix proceeded with one of the most meticulously done haircuts I’ve ever had. I told her that one spot looked weird and she spent 10 minutes making sure it was good. After the haircut, they gave me a 2 week cleanup job that was performed by Rich and he also spent quite a while cleaning me up which was nice. I can’t wait for my next appointment. I told my colleague about this place and he has already been several times since. He’s even recommending it to his friends.

Booked an appointment a few days in advance with Chante on the day of my prom at 9:15. Right when I came there, I got a call and they said that Chante was not here today and would like to reschedule. Thanks for being super professional.

Maria is awesome! So glad to finally have someone cut my hair and know what they are doing. The build out of this place is really nice too. Not your low class dirty salon.

Update 01⁄31: Booked an appointment online with a female stylist and was provided a time of 12.45 in the afternoon. Walked in only to be told that there isn’t any female stylist working today. What’s strange is that the website still allows me to book another appointment today with a female stylist !! This house is not in order!

Well, the girl who cut my hair was very nice to contact me. She apologized for the experience I had and I felt bad for what I wrote in my review. I wanted to take it all back. Can anyone relate to that? I should have mentioned in my first review that the stylist was very sweet, despite my dissatisfaction. I should have mentioned how she would take momentary breaks from cutting my hair to hand me my coffee so I could get a sip while it was still hot. She was very gentle, kind and accommodating.
They offered me a free haircut to come back, and they deserve big kudos for that. I really appreciate that and I hope that 18⁄8 becomes a big success! As a business, their heart is in the right place, and that’s what counts.

Went and had a great time. the ladies are friendly and very pretty. I was given a coupon so i went and met Julie she was very friendly and helpful, so if u have any questions ask for her or the rest of the great ladies.
