Came tonight like I do once a month I offered my meal with jumbo prawns rice and veggies they brought me tiny little prawns I brought it to the servers attention and she just took it an the manager didn’t even come acknowledge it very dossapointed

I will do a short review, but will harp on one issue which caused me to give this 5 star place a 3 star instead. I usually go with the family on the weekends for lunch at this place. I like everything about the place. the food.the seating. the general atmosphere.
The one issue I have is that the waiter cannot get our orders straight. I would let this sly if it happened once, but on EVERY visit? What generally happens is that waiter takes our order, but does not write it down anywhere. I assume he memorizes the order which is good, but if his memory is wavering he should fall back on the old standard of writing the orders down! My last visit last week resulted in me not even getting my meal… reason being… it was never rung up for the cooks to make it. After sitting there while the family/​friends ate their lunch I waited. and waited.and waited. I asked the waiter on the status of the meal and at first he said he would check. Then he comes back and tells me it is «almost done». Thirty minutes later the waiter says it is almost done again. Well by that time it has been close to an hour and everyone is already finished with their meal so I tell the waiter to forget it as I am not going to have everyone in my party wait for me to finish my meal.
The waiter still brought the meal out afterwards, but I am not sure why… already said it was too late to start my meal (half my party was out the door already) so what was the point?

I’m a Very Hard Man to please with food. Not much for eating outside of Fast Food. Friends decided to here and I didn’t want to. Picked out the only thing that looked good. Order a Pizza with Extra pep. Took a bite and omg, so good. One of the best Pizza ever. Spice and sweet at the same time.

We ordered the pizza and calzone and it was great! Crust and sauce were perfect on the pizza. Calzone was delicious. I’m not italian so not expert on that but we enjoyed every bite. lastly, the service was excellent. Keep up good work Management! The waiter was very nice and attentive throughout but not pushy like making you feel you had to leave. we will definitely be back.

Came with a group to celebrate a birthday. Service was very good and the food was good, but not worth anything above 4 stars. Had a variety of menu items to include cheese pizza (heavier crust, but good amount of cheese), calamari (tender and nicely fried), sausage bread (a must try, but not if you’re watching your weight), and the pasta with filet (not so good, as the meat was way too chewy/​fatty for a true filet). I liked that they didn’t charge us extra when we brought our own cake. The waitress even cut and served it to us.

We have been here a few times and I enjoy most of the food on the menu:
Pizza: have tried a few and the dough is thick but thoroughly cooked which is important.
Chicken dishes: cooked all the way through but not overcooked. Overcooked chicken is the worst!
Eggplant parmesan: um, yes… Delicious!
Lasagne: was okay… Needed a little more flavor.
Wines: good choices and decent prices. Try the Pino Noir… its a nice, subtle red.
Overall, this is a great restaurant to have some comfort food or try some new items with the family and have a great evening out. I would recommend to all Unilocalers!

Went here for my Bday and it was so nice. The staff was very welcoming n smiled. Our waiter was very helpful and on point about the food and drinks and the service. This is my favorite Italian place now. I had the seafood pizza and it was a 10, it was not soggy or runny, thin crust was perfect.

Worst ever! Hairy workstaff! The very last time I was having breakfast there, placed order. Received order, but before I started eating, I decided to lift up something from my plate, i looked under the item and saw, what appeared to be, a single pubic hair — No Bleeping Joke! I didn’t bring this issue to anyone’s attention, I’d just paid the bill and made the wise decision, to NEVER go back!!!
Oddly, i just spoke with someone who’d just placed a pizza order today — it was. paid for, cash, (they weren’t given a receipt). She had her son go in to pick up her order, then she had to go in ’cause they didn’t have it ready for pick up, ’cause her order wasn’t ready??? Again, the wooooorrrrsssstttr!

I like this place! Their calzone is awweesssoome! I love Italian food and this place is not far from my home. The location is good with tons of parking. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is friendly & attentive.
Not sure if I have any gripes really, but if you order the meatball sandwich, ask for extra marinara as mine didn’t have much. Other than that everything is great :)

I came in here today for a friend’s birthday and our group was on the larger side (10 people). Our waitress was very friendly and gave us plenty of recommendations. She was very patient with us and gave us plenty of time to choose what we wanted. The amazing thing about her was she had been at work since early morning (we came in around 6:30 pm) and she was still upbeat. As for the food, it was REALLY good. I ordered the manicotti tri colore and even though I became full mid way through, I powered through it because it tasted so good. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely come back.
By the way, they were able to break down our meal onto separate tabs which is always a plus.

Our server Emily was super good, she checked on is many times thur out dinner. Food was super yummy and not expensive. we both had a $ 4 margarita. …Sooooo Good. i also really love classic old restaurant, they have been there 55yrs and still going, that tell you how good it is. I am a return customer for sure, there are just too many things ont he menu i want to try. oh, did i also mention that its big portion?

I been here a few times and I guess this place has always been average. This most recent time was when I went with my bf and his cousin which his cousin was being difficult. So I wouldn’t blame the waiter if he was annoyed at us. The place was pretty empty and their was us and another table but our waiter would disappear for a long time or was not really attentive. The restaurant does give a romantic feel and has a nice interior. For the price we paid the portioning was good so nothing to complain there. I ordered something with penne in it. At first I thought it was good but then there was something in it that made it sour or it tasted rotten. In my boyfriend dish he said he also had the same taste. So either they did something to our food because of the difficult cousin or they are not using fresh ingredients. So I doubt I will ever come here again and I rather just go to olive garden.

You know, for a neighborhood Italian restaurant this place is awesome! The food is delicious and piping hot when it arrived at our table I went ahead and ordered a pasta Pomodoro and my has been ordered the seafood linguine. We were very impressed with the layers of flavor along with the Al dente style of the pasta.
There is a full-​size bar that kitten mix great drinks that you could enjoy it with your meal. A fully stocked wine cellar that had the Pinot noir that I loved and the Glen Liven on the rocks my husband likes.
I can’t wait to try most of the items on the menu! Since this place is right around the corner from my house, you could be sure that I’ll be here enjoying their plates once a week!

Went to lunch with a dear friend that I haven’t seen in almost 15 years. I haven’t had a good chicken Parmesan in about 4 years, I still haven’t had a good chicken Parmesan lol
The chicken tasted like it was frozen, the marinara was watery. They over killed it with too much cheese, maybe it was to mask the flavor of the chicken. All in all I was under impressed with the meal but the service was outstanding. Very professional and courteous servers.

This is my family’s go-​to spot for an Italian dinner. We’ve been coming here since I was a little girl — always celebrating family members birthdays, graduation, and other celebrations. I even remember coming here with some of my best friends when we were in middle school and junior high. I guess what keeps us coming back here is the simplicity of the food and casual environment. My favorite item here is actually the bread and butter… I can never get enough of it.
I would recommend this place for any family gatherings or dinners.

Your average Italian food, served by pretty decent people. The restaurant is quite crowded and there’s usually a wait on weekends. This night we came, all the food was especiallyyyyyy salty so ehh. Our waiter told us that all of our meals come with soup, so we choose a soup… then on the bill he charged us for 3 of them… my sister said she didn’t want one and he said «oh but it comes with it anyway for free so you should just choose one» –_​–

Customer service here is excellent! The workers are always constantly checking if we need anymore water or anything else. We ordered the deep fried ravioli (bomb) and calamari and 2 pasta dishes. The deep fried ravioli is bomb, this place is an authentic Italian food, depending on what you’re craving that day. Shoutout to Adrian for being a great manager for making sure my food was great and everything!

Co-​workers and I decided to spend happy hour and dinner at this joint. Making reservations was a breeze for about 9 people.
Atmosphere is more of a family style but all people in my party decided to order separate and single dishes. I ordered for myself the filet mignon with the shrimps. My filet was cooked to my likings (medium rare). Though I would say that I had better filet somewhere else. It was seasoned ok though inside of my filet was kind of white in color. Now I have had the shares of eating filet and it is usually pinkish color. Nevertheless, it was still good.
Service wise, our server, Israel was very attentive. Our water cups was never empty and booze was coming along. Though he forgot my soup, I forgive him since he got me soup to go.
Overall, satisfied with the food and service. Would recommend to other friends.
