Food was OK. We said no sour cream, but they put it on anyway. Nachos was a good serving size for the cost.

Worst place ever. Workers are lazy, the«manager» is even lazier. Food tastes like garbage. They should be embarrassed for passing that off as «mexican» food. What a joke. Eat here if you want to possibly pass over to the other side.

Wow have I had any good food at the food court yet, the answer is no no and no :(I ordered the nachos and full of cheese and beans and meat which was great. The portion was huge which I liked a lot and looked good. Unfortunately not enough guacamole or sour cream. I saw the people were pre making everything. The chips were soggy and not hot enough and quite cold. The nachos were okay and that is it. Unfortunately, you get a lot of gas though :(from the beans.

Was here a few months ago and the chile lime salad was crap! I’m afraid they’ve downgraded tremendously on quality /freshness and if they keep it up, they’ll be out of business!

Im only rating 4 stars because i LOVE their chicken avocado enchilada plate. SODARNDELICIOUS! It’s about $ 10 though, which to me is a little pricey, but its really yummy.

I’ve had La Salsa in the past and always liked it. Today was the first time trying this location. I ordered the Los Cabos shrimp burrito. Halfway through my burrito I still haven’t taken a bite of a shrimp. Near the end of my burrito I finally bit into a shrimp. It was $ 6.99 for this burrito. I wish they had more shrimp in it. I probably would not order it again. I will give this place another chance though. The grande burrito looks good though. I’ve eaten the quesadilla at another location and it was good. I got chips and salsa with my order. Don’t know if every order comes with that. I sampled the horchata and it was okay… good thing I asked for a sample before buying it. I asked for a sample because I learned from my lesson in the past. ALWAYS sample horchatas first! Sometimes they are good and sometimes they are watered down! So today I didn’t like it that much so I didn’t order it. But it was nice of them to let me sample it. This place is just A-OK. I would probably eat here again.

While shopping the GM the hubby and I stopped for a quick bite not too heavy. The chicken enchiladas and taco were good. I would eat there again.

My family and I walked around Great Mall this past Sunday and I decided to use the coupon I had from La Salsa, which was buy one burrito and get another one, equal or lesser value for free. Plus, I’m on a vegetarian diet this month and there wasn’t much options for me to choose from at the mall. I ordered the vegetarian California burrito for myself and a chicken burrito for my husband. The cashier who rang me up with a little hesitant on honoring my coupon(my husband bought a book of fast food restaurant coupons for Santa Clara county from a charity event). In the end, he called his manager and ended up ringing up the whole meal for free. SCORE! I didn’t say a word when he gave me my receipt. The burritos came with a small handful of chips and salsa. The burritos were fresh and tasty. I will come back if I“m in the mood for Mexican food when I’m at the mall, but most of the time, I end up getting chow mein from the Mongolian noodle place. Plus, their burritos were expensive for the amount of food we got.

This is an embarrasement to mexican food. Overpriced bland burrito without flavor complimented by tasteless watery salsa. the tortilla soup was good, a bit salty but with great flavor.

horrible. rude. I rushed over here after work for dinner, it was 14 minutes before closing and he said«closed» and did the cut throat motion with his hand to his throat. I could hear him btw, it’s not like there was a window or door between us. this was face to face. waste of an employee

Fast food burrito! Was excited to try this amongst the many food court establishments because come on! Burrito? Fast? Cheap? Yes! Ordered but got no receipt. The cashier just told me my number was four. Or was it forty? Who knows. I was just excited for my burrito! Waited and waited. Got my salsa and pico de gallo. Then waited some more. Sat down ready to attack it and flop. The burrito bends in half. Ehk. Wasn’t expecting that at all. The burrito had no taste, was poorly made, and their chips were stale. Sigh. In the end it was too good to be true.

HOTDAMN, get yourself some of those jumbo chicken taquitos! Comes with guac and tastes so good. Also tried the California burrito: also a good choice. Chips were fresh, not stale. I’d definitely come again. And it’s just not because the lines here are so much shorter than the other fast food places: d

Always my favorite! The chile lime STEAK salad is the best. Every time I’m shopping at the great mall i would have to first stop by to order the salad. The chile lime dressing is to die for. the creamy zesty dressing is making my mouth water as i’m writing this review. The fresh romaine lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sliced avocados, tortilla chip strips, and topped with grilled steak cubes n of course the DRESSING.(DROOLING) I also add in the pico de gallo, 2 scoop of verde salsa, and one habanero salsa and i’m good to go. the salad is huge and could be shared with 4 people. :)

Ehh… not like other LS places. Kind of grungy. Guac was discolored and dry… not that I actually ate it. Cashier handled food without washing her hands after ringing me up. Won’t eat at this location again.

La Salsa is the staple of AUTHENTICMEXICANCUISINE! not. I had ordered the chicken taco salad, and first of all let me tell you… It is expensive and not that great of quality. You might as well go to Taco Bell and get their less pricey taco salad. (-1) The taco shell was dull, stale and had no crunch to it… it was chewy. (-1) The iceburg lettuce in the salad was beginning to brown… COMEON did you just get this at FOODMAXX? So my impression of this place suuuuucckkksss… Paradise Chicken here I come! Unilocal!

Bum-MER, DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD! and hopefully not DOODOO like Tony R(review below). YIKES — OH– BEEZ! It smelled so good walking over to them in the food court. Then I saw the California Burrito with Guac & Jack Cheese and I just KNEW(I thought I knew) I was in for a treat! I was so excited about it my cousin ordered the same thing. the Burrito was not so appealing & the Salsa(Medium) was WAY watery and then huge chunks of tomatoes made it really awkward to add to my burrito or dip chips in. Actually… I can’t even write anymore. I’m bored of thinking about it. * I will say I was lured in with a coupon for BOGO, but I will just toss the coupon next time. FYI: Here is the Facebook post from my cousin who ate there with me today… Emilee Brixey posted something on your Wall. Emilee wrote: «Thanks for lunch! The company… fabulous. The burrito… not so much, but at least now we know NOT to eat there again.»

Oh my god. Worst nachos ever! Do not order them here. The nachos were microwaved and soggy. Each chip literally had one dot of cheese and one bean on top. It was so dry to swallow. Nasty!
