I have been to this Mountain Mike many times. They serve a Delhi Special/Veggie Curry pizza which is not served elsewhere. The VeggieCurry pizza is to die for. It has an awesome North Indian flavor. Toppings include onions, jalapenos, mushrooms(may be), cilantro with a turmeric(haldi) flavored cheese spread. I highly recommend it. They serve it as a part of their buffet but you have to ask for it. I usually call them 15 minutes before reaching the restaurant. The pizza buffet has salad and various other pizzas. If you like desserts, then try a slice of the dessert pizza.

Was so excited to eat my dessert pizza as it looked so nice but come to find out it had cheese on it! Not what I wanted out of dessert

So many pizza places I still haven’t tried yet… like Papa John… Papa Murphy… and Mountain Mike’s…until last week I finally got to try this place. I always get coupons in the mail for Mountain Mike’s so I was bummed I didn’t have any on me but checked into Unilocal and there was a $ 5 off coupon available!!! That totally made my day and was like okay I don’t feel so bad now. I ordered a large Mt McKinley and was told 20 – 25 minutes. But guess what happened? Someone who ordered the same thing as me took my order!!! Okay more like the worker gave my order to someone else!!! I had to wait twice as long =(. My family were getting fussy and tired of waiting. Everyone who ordered after me had gotten their pizzas and were long gone. All the staff could say was sorry. Sorry is not gonna cut it. Sorry is not gonna bring back all the time I wasted and my family being hungry. I didn’t give them a hard time though. I wish they gave me a partial refund or compensated me with extra wings or something! Just something so I won’t leave an unhappy customer. The pizza was good. I am a fan of the pizza. The wings weren’t that good. The skin was too fatty and wish they cooked it longer so that it would be crispy. Maybe they rushed it because they knew I was waiting on them. Who knows? I just wish the worker had checked the names of the orders! If she had simply checked I would have gotten out of there the time I was given and would have left a happy customer. Instead I waited twice as long and was very unhappy. They ask us for our name for a reason right? Maybe the other party had my name too? Well I’m going to use an alias from now on and think of something super uncommon so I don’t get my food stolen. Hubby said never again and write 1 star review but I ain’t that cold hearted. It was a honest mistake right? If they had compensated me then I would have given this review a higher star. The only reason why I’m giving it such a high review is because of the $ 5 Unilocal check in discount I got. I would have given this review a 4 star if they didn’t screw up. I would have given it a 2 star because they screw up but since they got the $ 5 discount for Unilocal check ins okay I will boost it up to a 3 star. Still kinda traumatized so I think I will go to Round Tables if I want pizza.

The Chicken Club on a gluten-free crust is amazing. My only complaint is that I can easily eat a much larger pizza, as the gluten-free option is only available for small pizzas. But seriously, try it. It’s really good.

I love Mountain Mikes! As far as pizza goes, they’re a little pricey, about in the same range as Round Table or Papa Johns. Their pizza is a lot better though, in my opinion. Snowy Alps is my favorite flavor they offer and the one that got me addicted to them. I don’t have it that frequently because its kinda pricey, but when I do, its Snowy Alps at Mountain Mikes. Delicious!

Nostalgia brings me here. Slow and bad service prevents me from being a regular. Case#1: brought a group and 3 large order of wings. After 30 minutes I ask where the wings were and they asked to see my receipt. 20 minutes later the wings come out. Case #2: Order a pizza and they tell me its going to be 20 minutes but it takes 43 minutes. Look, I get it. There’s going to be mistakes. No one is perfect. I didn’t want anything for free-can you just apologize and move on?

I used to frequent this place way back in the day, when pizzas were 50% off every Tuesday. They also had a BOGO free one topping pizza deal that was great because you got two pizzas for the price of one(even though it was one that costed more than your average pizza elsewhere). I’m a member of their«club», so I receive emails as well as coupons in the mail pretty often. In such a short amount of time, the Mt Mike’s chain has gone from«buy a large specialty pizza for $ 17.99» to «$ 18.99» to «get a large one topping pizza for $ 15.99». WHAT? That’s ridiculous!!! Their BOGO free deal is long gone; that turned into«buy a large specialty pizza at full price, get a one topping pizza for $ 4.99» which was then raised to $ 5.99. Do you know how much a large specialty pizza is? Too much. And apparently a one topping pizza is $ 16 here WITH A COUPON. It’s a shame they don’t do their 50% off Tuesdays anymore. Their mountain size(bigger than a large) is about the size of a Costco pizza yet costs about $ 40 and they don’t accept any coupons towards that pizza size. I used to love this place and would eat here every single Tuesday, but since prices skyrocketed I probably won’t be back anymore. The only pizza I think is worth it is the chicken club and that’s only if you have some kind of discount. I’m not trying to sound stingy because I’ll pay for good food, but it’s just not cool to raise your prices so much so fast when your competitors have much better prices that they DONT change & if they do, it’s not so dramatic. The original prices were already on the expensive side, but now it just looks like they’ve gotten greedy. I’m sure I’m not the only loyal customer walking away. Get it together, Mountain Mike’s.

I don’t often eat pizza. Crazy as it sounds but I’m usually good with just 2 – 3 slices then I’m done. I love how there are several shopping stores to choose from this location. One of my favorite go to store is Walgreens and it’s 2 doors down. Nearby stores located across the street: Safeway, Jamba Juice, Staples, Peet’s Coffee. Anyways, the owner was present and he was kind enough to entertain us while we wait for our order. Overall, the service is great and the pizza was great as well.

The crust is too thick. Typical pizza chain restaurant. I asked for a thin crust pizza and they gave me the regular one. I dont think i will be coming back soon.

Good pizza for a pinch on Tuesday. Only 40% off now instead of 50% but still not a bad price. Service has improved and it looks like more employees are available than before. They no longer have Lotto or scratchers but there is an air hockey table there now instead.

Had the veggie pizza and for a small size you get a lot of slices. The crust is perfect in texture but lacked flavor. Toppings were generous and tasty. I will definitely give them another try.

Great pizza but make sure if you pay with a credit card you keep the receipt. The driver told the person who answered the door the order was for cash, when I had paid with a credit card. It took over an hour to get the cash back. Great pizza, shady people.

if I was to explore the apex of the Everest, I would take it one bite at a time… since this is what Mountain Mike’s Pizza has to offer. Pizza that is freshly made and loaded with toppings that would satisfy your hunger. The place was cozy pizza parlour feel with several TV’s playing different shows to your liking. The different arcades on the side makes the waiting a little tolerable(kudos to the candy crane! — winner every time!) Best of all, the lady over the counter told us that we got a $ 5 off in our pizza! Pleasant surprise indeed!

Just tried their Snowy Alps specialty pizza today(11.11.2014). Boy, very tasty delicate pizzas. The creaminess of the pizza match so well with the pepperoni, green onions, mushroom, olives, and diced tomatoes. I also have to give another praise for the fresh ingredients especially the diced tomatoes; the tomatoes tasted like new tomatoes bought from a grocery store. The pizza may be more pricey than other average chain. You pay for really good quality pizza! I haven’t had top quality pizza in a long time. You must remember other food chains like Domino’s, Pizza Hut, Round Table used CHEMICALS in their pizza to make it last longer than mother nature would allow. Or their food either make you hungry faster than eating normal food.

Did not have the best experience this evening. Ordered my pizza online, which timestamps my order. Their website says allow up to 20 minutes for pickup, 45 minutes for delivery. Pretty reasonable industry standards. After an hour, I call the store to find out why my pizzas haven’t shown up yet. Already 15 minutes from their windows. Without even asking my name, the person on the other end states«the driver is on his way.» Pretty bold statement without even asking who I am… but after I asked how he even knew who I was, he identified me — so I’ll chalk that one up to caller ID. «Ok, thanks.» and we hang up. Another 20 minutes pass and the driver finally shows up. Considering the pizza was hot and obviously fresh out of the oven, I’ve given them an extra star for delivering a fresh product. But I’ve been around enough pizza places to know that it takes about 15 minutes to make a pizza, and the restaurant is a 5 minute drive from my location. So they hadn’t even started making my pizza until about an hour after I placed the order. Yes, I was born, but it wasn’t yesterday. I love the Mountain Mike’s brand. The pizza is exceptional quality, and I’m a firm believer in getting what you pay for. This pizza is expensive compared to the Domino’s and Pizza Hut labels… but it is better. So I expect better pizza, and at least the same level of customer service. If it’s going to be 30 minutes past your normal delivery window, I’d expect at least a phone call. Tonight, I did not get what I paid for. Sorry guys, but I’ve ordered from this place more than once, and tonight you really fell short.

We came for pizza tonight and the pizzas are so so. It’s nice that the pizzas have a thin crust and not full of dough. The pepperoni was burnt and weird looking. Then the Pineapple chicken luau was way too sweet and had dried chicken. Then the cups smelled. We kept taking a sip and was wondering what this nasty smell was and it was the cups. Now for the cheese sticks… they forgot the cheese. Service is ok. But the place is pretty dirty and old. And pizzas aren’t that cheap.
