Wingstop

Wings are on the smaller side but I can’t stay away from their flavors. Garlic Parmesan is one of my favorites but this last time it seemed to lack salt. I placed a small order of 10 wings only and it still took over 30 mins to make. I feel like that is a long time to wait for your to-​go order during lunchtime.

Consistently good wings. Cooked though and juicy. Limited seating.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! Food and service, BOTH TERRIBLE!!! I’ve been to many different Wingstops before but will probably not go back and definitely not to this one.
We ordered online and the set up was a bit frustrating. You cannot add comments or promotions like other Unilocal members mentioned. We also tried to call and the line was busy forever (which I do not understand because when we went to pick up there it was late and there was like no one there…) so we had to bring our coupon to show at the time at pickup.
When we showed up, everyone working there just looked like they hated their job and that they wanted to go home. Bitchy face and attitude. The cashier said they couldn’t even find our online order and acted like we did something wrong, we ended up just showing the ID with the name matching the order and she found it. We asked if she could take this free fries with a purchase of wings coupon. She said we couldn’t redeem it because it wasn’t PRINTED OUT… we asked for the manager and he said no immediately. Told us he already let it slide with a previous customer so he couldn’t let us do it. Made no sense because there is no barcode and his explanation was that if it’s not printed we can use it more than once. What’s funny is that even if I printed the coupon I can make multiples of it. What a joke. We asked if he could make an exception because he did for someone else and we called to even ask but no one picked up. Wasn’t even worth the fight for some crap fries anyways.
They did decide to put our whole order in one box and didn’t ask if we wanted sauce or anything else with our order. It’s nice having soggy wax paper and three different sauces from 20 traditional wings mix, NOT! The wings were tiny and DRENCHED in sauce.
It’s a big shame their night staff manager (I didn’t catch his name but he has a stud piercing under his eye on his cheek) is a prick and for some reason can make exceptions for some customers and not others. Also terrible attitude with no energy. For god sakes it’s Saturday… get it together. Never coming back.

Their online ordering system is always offline. It has been more than one time where we pick up and go home to find out something is missing.

My friends and I were getting together at her house in Milpitas for a football game, so I wanted to find a place nearby to pick up some light bites. I thought of chicken wings cuz how can you watch a game without chicken wings?
I found parking easily enough in the lot and headed inside. They have chicken wing combo deals here for 30, 40, and 50 wings that comes with veggie sticks (carrots and celery) and fries. I went with the 40 pieces of wings and got to choose 4 different flavors. I had to wait quite a while since they were frying up the wings to order. The gal behind the counter was nice though… she gave me an extra set of large fries! She must have seen how antsy I was, haha.
My friends loved the honey BBQ, lemon pepper, and cajun (spicy) wings. I ate most of the garlic parmesan, one of my favorites. The fries here are delicious too… they’re seasoned and they’re a bit sweet.
The combo wasn’t too expensive and it fed 5 of us during the game!

They do not give cups for water although they have a large soda dispenser that includes water. I guess you can only get water if you buy a soda or if you bring in your own cup. I did see a stack of cups on the back counter but customers cannot have any of them.

Excellent customer service, very friendly and fast which is not common at other wingstop locations. Food was excellent.

ordered online and there wasn’t an option to add instructions for my order so i call & of course i get placed on hold for 7 mins which seems like 30 so i hang up & call back… after 20 attempts get’n a busy signal an employee finally answers with an attitude tell’n me there’s other customers, how she was busy & try’n to instruct me for future orders!
1^st of all nobody cares, 2^nd shutup, 3^rd fix my order & maybe they should make some adjustments on their app so customers can add «instructions»…& give their employees some customer service train’n!!!
she must not like her job or maybe cant multi-​task really not my problem…

Stingy with their ranch, you order 50 pcs wings, A FAMILY PACK! And still have you pay for ranch. Really? I mean I know it’s just ranch but geez. And I called and the lady on the phone was rude after telling her we just ordered 50 pcs and no ranch given. She said that’s separate. Ok? Good job wingstop.

Ask for garlic fries and get your chickens extras crispy! Its super clean, it gets busy but HELLO ITS THE BEST and that’s why it’s busy!

The person at the register was very rude and my wings took what felt like forever. It’s your typical fast food restaurant

Make the drive down to San Jose for your Wingstop, the quality and size of the wings are just somehow better down there.

I like lemon pepper chicken and is the only reason i come back here. But like the other reviews, besides chicken being too small and the seemingly shortage of sauces, the cashiers seem to always get my order wrong which is very surprising because they repeat the order back to you. Is that maybe because they always talk to other employees while getting orders? Happened too many times already. Even managers look unprofessional like they’re on drugs or something. Somebody from Human Resources please fix this establishment. Hire and orient more becoming employees!!!

Too dam salty, fries are deflated, chickens just too dry no flavor. Overpriced. Rather have KFC hot wings.

Ordered on the phone. The lady taking the order was very rude. This had happened before already. Really bad customer service.
The wings were tiny and had almost no sauce. Very disappointed with this wing stop, I hope they get their shit together. Definitely won’t be coming here anymore

Agree with Jan, this franchise is CHEAP! Wings are very small and they’re stingy on the sauce too.
I’m surprised this location has not been audited by Wingstop corporate, the company is now traded publicly and this location gives Wingstop a poor reputation.

I am allergic to #average. This restaurant provides no water cups to get you to buy their bottled waters. My brother had to pay for a fountain drink just to get water because he doesn’t drink soda. They have paper towels near the register instead of at the tables to prevent overuse and prevent Indians and Asians from taking some home lol. This franchise is #CHEAP. The Filipino chick at the register came out and yelled at us telling us our order was ready when she could’ve just brought it out to us. We go up to the register to get our order which was supposedly ready, ended up not being our order smh. This business is not even near #average more like #belowavergae. To all business owners like myself, come to this restaurant to learn how NOT to run A business.

Great customer service. The guy working the counter let me sample which was really nice to try before ordering. Really friendly crew. I ordered the 30pc/​3 flavor wings for $ 22

Food is yummy and always made fresh, nothing is just sitting there under a heat lamp!
Seasoned fries are delicious– salted to perfection with just a hint of sweet. LOVE LOVE LOVE.
Veggies are always fresh, crisp, and washed well. If they aren’t included in the combo meal you ordered, it’s just an additional buck. A nice heaping of veggies always makes the meal THAT much better.
Wings. Our go to flavors are: mango habanero, garlic parmasan, and Lemon Pepper. Always cooked perfectly and always finger licking good.
Only downside, the wings can be small at times and can get overcooked and dried out. You’ve been forewarned.
Customer service is pretty good. They kind of stick to themselves but if you needed anything or have any questions, they are always quick to help.
Keep up the amazing work guys! This Location is my favorite Wingstop to come and visit.

I have been here countless times and I have no idea why I am just writing a review for this place. I love chicken wings and I definitely love WingStop! This location is one of the first location I have been to and I do like it here! It’s located in the heart (somewhat) of Milpitas. It’s the only one in Milpitas, so you can’t miss it!
The place itself is a little small, but it’s enough considering that most people do order for take-​out. For me, I usually get the Louisiana Rub, Garlic Parmesan, or Mango Habanero if they still offer that. It’s been a while since I’ve ate here, but I always have a good time here. Service is good and the staff is friendly. The food is always ready at the time they’ve given me (which is usually 15 to 18 minutes).
I will definitely be coming back. But I also read that about the cockroach incident someone had in this location. Hopefully, they sorted everything out by now. It would be sad they had to close down for inspection or even for good.
