I as well dealt with Julie and had a similar experience. I was told that my lenses would arrive sooner than anticipated, and I had really been struggling to see at work. I called multiple times to follow up, only because I was told they’d be in sooner. I spoke with Julie each time I called, and her customer service is terrible. After speaking to her several times and dealing with her disrespectful attitude, as well as being hung up on, I decided to call and speak with a manager– the manager was very sweet, and helpful. She offered me a refund for the inconvenience, however I wasn’t looking to get a hand out. I felt that they should be aware of how horrible her customer service skills are and maybe retrain her on this position. I realize that patients calling all day can be a hassle at times, I am a health care provider as well. HOWEVER– your job revolves around keeping your patients happy, and well informed. Julie — if you’re not capable of doing this politely. May I suggest a career change!

I wasn’t going to write a review — but after seeing the other one written about Julie it showed me that obviously, I’m not the only one who had a problem with her specifically.

I will never use Target Optical in Milton again. Julie told me my lenses would take a week or less to arrive. In reality they took 18 days. Not her fault, I get it, but no one called me with an explanation. I called after two weeks had passed, and was told by Julie that they weren’t there and she’d call me back to let me know what the hold up was. She never called me back. I called her back 2 days later and she promised me she’d call me back the next day. I never got a call the next day, so I called back the following day and was told they were ready. I explained to her that she said she’d call me the day before and she nonchalantly told me «Okay, well they’re ready now.» No apology. No remorse for failing to call me back twice. Terrible customer service.
