Buffalo Wild Wings

This isn’t to Buffalo wild wings direct but this is for the employees that work at this specific location I am coming all the way from Los Angeles and I’ve been eating Buffalo wild wings for really really long time and I travel a lot every other location I have ever been to is always good except for this one I had the worst experience ever usually I don’t go out of my way to leave A bad review but this must be heard, my order was half assed forgot many and many of things such as seasoning my fries ranch carrots and also giving me really skinny chicken wings never have I experienced this at any other location the owner must do something of these employees. I am very disappointed at the lack of work ethic of every employee that was in their front and back kitchen absolutely horrifying

A security officer greets you when you walk in. He makes his rounds through the tables looking for people wearing hoods, or smelling like weed, or showing drunken behavior. Not a friendly environment to let loose and hang out AT ALL. Food is pretty good, servers are nice. Tables and booths are kinda sticky.

I have been to this location several times, always receiving below average service. The food is good and I come to watch sports, but my last visit was extremely disappointing.
We were sat down and didn’t have anyone come get our drink order. After 20 minutes, I approached a waitress busting a table and she told us that we were at in a closed section, so nobody came to our table. I tried ordering after being there over 30 minutes and was told the grills were turned off and I couldn’t get a burger. The manager told me the grills were on when we sat down, but now it was too late to order something from the grill.
There was no sympathy or offer to even acknowledge a mistake. Awful customer service, poorly trained. I hope we just got the bad night crew and this isn’t a full representation of how this location operates.

Waited at the bar for 20 minutes to pick up my order. There were several waitresses just standing around doing nothing. Manager was walking around eating and joking with her friends that were sitting at the bar. The people at the bar told me they were getting terrible service as well. Finally got home with my food… and one of the wings wasn’t even cooked. Will not be going back. The Bdubs at bay shore is just as bad.

I’m giving this review 3 stars because of the difference between to-​go and dine-​in. Whenever I dine-​in, everything is great. It’s your normal Bdubs experience. The wings are pretty saucy and good. The servers are friendly. When I ordered food to-​go, it was terrible. I ordered the naked tenders and a side salad. They were thrown in one box haphazardly without any dressing. It was gross. The other meal we ordered wasn’t good either.

Took 15min to be seated. Have waited another 15min for a server and still haven’t had our drink order taken. Put on our coats and walked out and still didn’t get any acknowledgement from the staff. Just go someplace else.

I wouldn’t usually bother reviewing a chain like B-​Dubs (sorry, annoying old habits like saying «B-​Dubs» die hard). However, this particular location is pretty lousy.
I don’t normally patronize B-du…Buffalo Wild Wings, but when I have in the past, the food has at least been consistently decent. Not so much at this location. I’ve come here a couple of times for football watch parties for my college team, and the food has been cold, and on one occasion, completely inedible. Service has been on the slow side but I don’t entirely hold that against the staff on a busy game day. You are guaranteed to spend too much on beer; there are never any (good) specials. This is really the most «bleh» of all Buffalo Wild Wings locations I’ve ever visited. I’d find another location (there is no shortage of them) if you’re really in a B-​Dubs kind of mood.

This is a pretty unique B-​Dubs… Never seen a set-​up like this. Always packed. Food is consistent with other B-​Dubs. This is the 103^rd B-​dubs I visited in the past 10 years and of the other 102 I have never seen one set up this way… very different. I hate the ones with no outdoor patios, so this one does not make my top 50 list. One other thing, my beer was empty on several occasions (i was sitting at the bar) I can say this typically does not happen @ a B-​Dubs. So, consistency of food = 5 stars, Cold Bud Light Draft = 5 Stars, Service = 1 Star, and atmosphere = 2 Stars.

Zero stars. I love me some Bdubs, but this is the worst Bdubs in America. Starts from the top and trickles down. Never again.

I had a great time at this location now two days in a row I have to give a special thanks to my server Jermaine he was friendly funny and fast when it came to service… I would also like to thank Ken who suggested the app to keep me and my guests entertained… You guys rock see you soon! I’ll be asking for you both by name.

We love BWW, from California to Ohio to Wisconsin, but this location has the worst service. Tonight we went there for dinner after the Night Market. At 8pm, there were maybe 6 table occupied but we had to wait 5 – 10 minutes to be seated. The table was dirty, some crumbs and sauces were on the table. The server did not bother to clean the table when she’s rated us. The server was unfriendly and inattentive. The tall beer I ordered was ¾ full. We asked for celery and carrot sticks it came almost at the end of the meal. Did not get the kids refill water. We waited awhile for the server to collect the credit card. The table opposite of us, the husband was so annoyed the left and waited outside. This will be the last time I come to this location. I

If you have been to Buffalo wild wings you know what to expect, TV’s, Sports environment, and good wings!
All the flavors are good, just try what you think you would like the spiciness is a real factor so beware!
Negative on this specific Buffalo Wild Wings (On water street, I have never had these issues at their other establishments)
–BAD service, multiple trips now where they have forgotten to serve us or completely butchered an order
Other than that the food is still good, but if service is something that matters to you and you don’t like sending things back etc. I would recommend another location.

Good service and fun atmosphere. I enjoyed the medium wings and the buffalo chicken flatbread. Wasn’t a huge fan of the fried pickles. A great spot to watch fights and hang out. I will defiantly be back

I have genuinely liked Buffalo Wild Wings in the past and at other locations. This location really has some issues though and it mostly has to do with service. On top of that, parking can be a nightmare. If you are really craving wings in the Milwaukee area, try either The Irish Pub, or East Points Pub, as they both blow BW3 out of the water. Or if you REALLY need BW’s, then go to the location at Bayshore (about 7 minutes north of this location).

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings ever!!! Awful service. 40 minutes sitting at the bar to even get asked if we wanted food or another drink. We are sitting at the end of the bar and tons of people have come up to get a drink because they have been waiting over 20 minutes for a server for a drink at a table. A group of 12 just left the bar and walked to Bar Louie across the at because they could get a drink by a server!

This is one of the three BW3s that I visit on a regular basis.
The parking is horrible — street parking on water or the side streets are super hard to find. After you get in, the layout has changed since the last time I was in there.
They keep it 21+ at certain hours and they continue to increase their Tuesday wing «deal» while the wings seem to get smaller and smaller. The staff here isn’t the most accommodating here and it is hard to get a table, especially during evenings.
This is a good place to watch games if you can snag a booth but then you have to hold it down for the whole game while people stare you down making you want to leave.
Overall, I tend to grab wings to go here or get sauce yet have started going to their other locations to have more room to hang out for games.

Worst food I’ve ever had. I like BWW but this location had horrible food with low quality. Ordered the spinach and artichoke dip and it was chunky and looked old.

A standard for wings and gameday. I would typically rank b-​dubs a 3 based on their wings alone, but this location has some issues. The wing girls were nice enough and came around plenty of times, but the management of seating and groups was chaotic.
Not quite sure why this location draws so many large groups of kids under the age of 12, but I really don’t want to hear kids screaming while I’m watching the game. I drive up to bayshore for my next craving of Caribbean jerk wings.

I don’t eat meat.
Why would I be going to BWW then? Well, they still have salads and even a bean burger! And sometimes I want a salad with a side of greasy onion rings with a southwest ranch sauce. It evens out, ya know?
Service hasn’t always been impeccable in my past transactions, but nothing that would stop me from coming here.
This all changed after I tried placing an order on Friday. All I wanted was a Honey BBQ salad, with no chicken and a small order of delicious, delicious rings.
Here is how the conversation went as I tried to place a phone order:
Me: Can I get a Honey BBQ salad with no chicken please?
Server: You want double chicken?
Me: No, I want NO chicken.
Server: So you want a chicken salad without chicken?!?
Me: Yes. Yes I do.
Server: Uh, well, why don’t you just get a garden salad then?!
At which point I hung up.
If I had WANTED a garden salad, I would have asked for one. I wanted a Honey BBQ salad with no meat, however. The particular salad I ordered came with toppings and a sauce that the other salads didn’t have.
Long story short, GIVE ME WHAT I WANT. In the past the gals have just said, «Sure, no problem.» I really hate when people question my decisions, especially as I am not asking for a discount, and its not a complicated request.
I JUST WANTED A GOD DAMN SALAD WITH NO MEAT.
