This is quite literally the worst Jimmy Johns I’ve ever ordered from/​visited. I live in the Brady St area, so naturally this location would be the natural and easy option. However, in my 5+ visits/​orders, NOT ONCE has my sandwich been correct. It’s either lacking the add-​ons that I’ve asked for (and paid for), or its skimped suuuuper hard. Bear in mind, I’ve made it a point after the first botched order to annunciate slowly, clearly, and articulately at the register. Either the people who work here genuinely don’t care about their job, or they’re not paying attention – ever.
From this point forward, I’ll be spending extra money to have JJ’s delivered from Oakland.

My first ever review on Unilocal,and it’s sad it has to go towards a JJ’s. Have ordered from their in over 10 states and never have inexperienced a more rude over-​the-​phone server. Could hear line cooks and other employees bashing customers and their jobs. Would certainly think corporate would evaluate management and their style overall. Hope the standard and bar is raised.

Ordered online, just to wait an hour, to find out that the store never recieved my order, YET the sandwich was still charged on my card. Worker was apologizing yet had a «that’s too bad for you, nothing I’m gonna do» attitude. The person on the phone was extremely defensive and didn’t seem to want to fix the problem AT ALL. Spoke to the manager who gave had a sub delivered to me. Everyone keeps apologizing yet no one seems to want to fix the problem. Apparently there was «glitch» in the system that the store obviously knew about yet no one had made efforts to solve. I hadn’t ordered from JJs in a while, and now, I’m definitely never ordering from JJs again.

After waiting an hour for my sub, i called and they apologied for the delay and said someone would be there shortly. After another hour I called to cancel my order and all they said was they were sorry, without offering to do anything to make up for not showing up, just simply said sorry. Terrible service.

Yes, the subs are dependably fresh. But they can never, ever get an order right! Either they forget the soda, don’t hear the chips order, or don’t write down the correct phone number or change address which you’ve left two times during the call for the driver. I don’t know if they all have ADD, if they are earning so little that they just don’t care, or if they’re all morons, but I’m so done with Jimmy John’s.

If I could add NO stars I would. First off I live 4.5 blocks away. 2nd, with the economy as it is in these times of today, you’d think a delivery driver would want to make a quick 5 buck tip? I GUESS NOT SO MUCH LAZY BUMS. 3rd, the last thing I want to do at 2:30 am is walk outside down the street in Milwaukee So there for I decided to order 2 subs the other night. After 45 MIN of WAITING, I called back and told them to forget the subs n hung up. Lazy, ignorant, children working there. The drivers I’ve seen ALMOST HIT PEDESTRIANS, OTHERS MOVING CARS, ANIMALS, and they DO NOT obey the driving laws. Personally I would not recommend any one to go to this location. I do not trust the bone heads up there making my food. That’s for damn sure.
To the manager, either hire folks WHO WANT TO WORK, or just close your shop.

I do not understand Milwaukee’s fascination with Jimmy John’s. I guess it’s because they bring your food to you… and I will concede that they are FAST. But really… what a crappy sandwich place. I don’t even think it surpasses Subway. PLEASE do yourselves a favor and just go to Jersey Mike’s. They won’t bring it to you, but it is worth the trip.

I didn’t think it could get much worse.
But, a Jimmy John’s delivery driver almost hit me and my dog with his car. «Freaky Fast Delivery» is spot on, cause I was freaked out for sure.
I also talked to a fellow vegetarian recently who agreed with my previous review which said there are almost no toppings on the veggie sub. He said, it’s just mayo and iceburg lettuce.
Maybe it’s time to slow down the fast food epidemic which apparently includes running people over with vehicles in addition to obesity.

OK, OK, so this is a Jimmy John’s. I don’t really need to tell you what it’s all about.
But… for anyone who is a JJ fan but didn’t like the layout of the Brady Street location, check it out now. They just finished a major remodeling inside and it’s a whole new world in there.

I just ordered a turkey Tom sandwich on whole wheat bread without tomatoes. I received it on white bread and when questioned was told I did not order wheat. They then proceeded to say I needed to pay for a different sub. I replied that I would just take it anyways. Later I found out there were cucumbers on it as well which were not part of the sandwich. First they were not polite about the situation, second the type of sub was also wrongly made, and I always thought the customer was always right.

Jebus. Today’s experience confirmed my recent suspicions. This place is run by monkeys. The last few times I’ve ordered delivery something gets effed up. Last time it was that i was double charged and it took two weeks to get a refund. Even though I order the same thing EVERY TIME, my totals are always different. Today when I called a guy who sounded more stoned than either Cheech or Chong took 10 minutes to take my order. I think I just ate my last JJ sub. So long guys, it’s been real.

jimmy johns is awesome… the staff are always genuinely (although albeit goofily) friendly. Staff always yell ‘Hi’ when I walk in.
They deliver fast, late, and accurately. Theyre relatively cheap. Their subs taste 10xs better than cousins and 1000xs better than subway. If u wanna be healthy, get ur sub as a lettuce wrap or on whole grain bread.

I’ve never had a worse sub experience anywhere, not even Subway. I’m having a stressful day at work and decided to order in Jimmy Johns instead of walking down to Cousins. I got a tuna unwich and let me tell you, I know why they are so fast… they are fast because they didn’t put anything in the damn lettuce wrap. There was a very, very small think spread of tuna. I never complain about fast food generally, because you get what you pay for, but in this case, I didn’t even get that. I paid $ 1.00 for avocado and got-​i kid you not!- a tablespoon of avocado. It was pathetic. The barely there tuna was also old because the onions in it were soggy and yellow… I can’t believe that one of your employees made that and truly thought it was okay to serve to someone. Never again will I go to Jimmy Johns.

This is one if my favorites. It’s right across the street from the Nomad (favorite bar) and I’ve twice tipped the delivery runner a PBR.
The staff inside is very patient, although I’ve never seen this place on a weekend to compare with my usual Tuesday & Thursday jaunts.

Perfect after bar drunk food.
Only JJ’s location open until 4:00AM on Friday and Saturday nights.
Good service, except of Sundays for some reason.
Average delivery time is 15 to 25 minutes during peak hours.
I got my sub 1 hour and 30 minutes after ordering Sunday.

DOUBLE your meats! It costs more but your sandwiches will ROCK OUT!
Love the way the guys handle their meat here and throw it around!
