Alright, thought I’d try again. Decided to go I inside as the drive through has become freaky slow & they always say it’s busy inside. Walked in, no other customers at 11:45am on a Tuesday. Okay, that should say something right there. A minimum of 8 employees standing around. Sandwich maker hopped to it, made sandwich wrong, but went to work right away. Cashier, on the other hand, was really inconvenienced by ringing up order. No greeting, no can I take your order, no have a nice day. Barely muttered my total & tapped her fingernails on the counter while I got my money out. She then responded with unintelligible words after I reminded her to change her food gloves after handling cash. And then another employee gave me a hard time for asking for a napkin. «We value trees.» Yeah, right, then don’t wrap your sandwiches in paper. So sad, not many decent lunch choices in this area & this one has got to go. Service & attitude need vast improvement. The customers keep you in business, not the snarky attitudes. If I could, they would have zero stars.

Awful awful. Like 20 people working and in the weeds. Freaky slow. No sense of urgency and no personality. Seems like a ship without a captain. Prob the worst JJs ever been to. Half hour to get one sandwich.

I would agree with some of the previous reviewers some of the managers here are very un helpful. Something I found out the hard way was I had a delivery to my apt. When I ordered and got my food it was higher than the price on the menu. It turns out that they charge a delivery fee PERITEM. I was charged $ 1 for each item I had delivered. I don’t know if there is a max but I don’t plan in finding out. Very shady that they don’t mention anything when you call.

Your average Jimmy John’s. I stopped in for a sandwich. It was fast. I ate it. I left. I was satisfied.

I work at the VA Medical Center. We order from the Miller Parkway Jimmy John’s a couple times a week. They food comes freaky fast, is already fresh, and the delivery person brings our order right to the ward. Awesome service!

First off I’ve ordered from JJ’S many times. I tried using their app today. No go. The address couldn’t be verified. Ok. So I called. They answered as hung up on me. I call back. The girl can’t understand what my phone number is. I have to repeat my info several times. Then after I get odd the phone. They call back to verify they have the correct info. Even so, my order was screwed up. I called the store and the manager sends another sandwich out. At this point I’d rather eat at Subway.

This Jimmy Johns is TERRIBLE!!! DONOTGOTHERE! I love Jimmy Johns, I do. I frequent the JJ’s near my house in Glendale, and the service has always been fine. I work near National Ave and Miller Pkwy, and had been wishing/praying that a JJ would open in this area, because none of the other locations delivered to our office. I even drove all the way over to Hwy 100 a few times — on my 30 min break — to appease my cravings. So when I found out this JJ was opening right on Miller Pkwy, I was thrilled. Too bad the service and management SUCKS. My co-workers and I have gotten subs 3x in the past month — each time led to major disappointment. The first time, we ordered by phone. There was music BLARING in the background and the JJ employee kept saying«what?» and asking for the info to be repeated multiple times. Then — yep, you guessed it — the food never arrived. We waited 1 hour and called back. We were told that the driver couldn’t find the office and therefore went back to the store. Apparently, the address AND contact # were not taken down correctly, presumably because the music was so loud and — well, they just don’t care. The manager gave a half-*ssed ‘sorry’ and left it at that. There was no offer to confirm the address and re-deliver the sandwhiches — NOTHING. At this point, our cafeteria had closed, so we just didn’t eat lunch that day. Second experience — different co-worker and I went in to p/u lunch and take back to the office. The guys taking our orders were completely mumbling and looking around distractedly. They did get our orders right, however, the un –which I received was a disgusting sloppy mess, making it difficult to eat. Third experience — I stopped in on my way home to pick up dinner for myself and a friend. Again, the music was incredibly loud and the guy waiting on me was having a hard time hearing me(and vice/versa). I took the food over to my friend’s house and found out that I had the completely wrong sandwhich. I called the manager and told him the problem, also mentioning that this was not the first bad experience I’ve had — asking what he was going to do about it. He told me the only thing he could do is exchange the sandwich if I brought the uneaten sandwich back into the store. At this point, I was in WFB, so no, I was not going to drive all the way back over there. He told me I could bring the uneaten sandwhich back in the next day. I told him this was unacceptable, that he should be able to email me or take down my name and give me a gift certificate or something. He said no, he wasn’t able to make any accommodations for me. So, I told him I would not be returning to his store and I would tell everyone I know that their service is terrible and they suck.
