We really like the shop; the merchandise selection is very good but a little pricy. Unfortunately, the service isn’t always very good. We’ve had very good experiences, but today was another story. There were two workers and two customers in the store. Both of us needed service, but the workers kept telling us to wait and kept going in the back of the store. 20 minutes later, one of the workers came out from the back and started laughing inappropriately like he was under the influence of something. Regardless, we still were not served so finally, after wanting to make over a $ 100 purchase, we had to leave. This is so unfortunate because we really liked this store, but we won’t be back.

Chances are, this place was selling skateboards before you were born. They sell skateboards, skateboard parts, clothing, shoes and everything related to skateboarding that you could possibly need or want when you go skateboarding. If they don’t have it, it’s probably not for skateboarding.
Knowledgeable staff that won’t vibe you if you’re buying your first board, a longboard, an old school board, a plastic cruiser or any other kind of board. If it’s a board with wheels on it, they will be stoked to help you have fun. The deck selection is the biggest you will find anywhere.
Phase 2 is one of the great skateboard shops in this country. People in Milwaukee are lucky to have this place.

I’ve been removed from skateboarding for years but wanted to get my Neice a full set up. The staff at Phase 2 gave me an excellent experience just like back in the day! Solid store, great people doing so much for the community, 5 stars all the way, Phase 2 is Milwaukee’s best skate shop.

Great place for gear and accessories. Great selection of many brands and styles. I love their Milwaukee t-​shirts. Friendly and helpful staff. Close proximity to the new Tosa Skate Park. Highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area. You might just find a gift for that hard to buy for person.
