I ordered from this MIDTOWNLOCATION on August 3rd… Pizza Never Came!!! Had to go into the store, only to be Greeted by a Fat Sweaty Meatball of a Manager that Disputed the fact I Never Received My Order. He offered a Replacement. OK. Guess what I waited an Hour only to Be Given an INCORRECTORDER! A Bunch of Misguided Kids Running that Place… Don’t Eva Eva Eva Go Over There

3 hours to get a pizza! No communication, unanswered calls. This place deserves negative stars by my book! I will NEVER use Pizza Hut owned by WHG ever again. They are understaffed and can’t get food out ontime. Good PH franchises get food out in 30 because they are appropriately staffed.

Waited over an hour to get it delivered. The driver was using the pizza box as an umbrella, opened it up and my pizza was sticking to the top of the box. I had no toppings on my pizza, they were stuck on the box. My buffalo wings, were terrible. Not even buffalo wings, more like sweet n sour sauce. Never will order from them again.

MY husband and I ordered pizza online at 7:38. We waited an hour for our pizza and called back at 8:30 and no one answered so we kept calling for about 15 minutes before someone answered and hung up on us. When we called back, they told us that they weren’t accepting delivery orders any more and that our current order would take 2 hours to get to us because there was a wait. it is now 11:40pm and I am sitting at my computer with NOPIZZA!!. where the HELL is my food pizza hut!!! This pizza hut is CLEARLY understaffed and needs to be shut down. Update…(12:00 midnight) we called back and they told us that they didnt even have a driver tonight and hung up on us. Very rude and they should not have lied about the delivery in the first place. They need to be shut down NOW!

I’m not one to just throw around one stars, but there are times it is deserved. This is one of those times. I ordered a pizza on a Sunday. I admit it was a sports filled Sunday, so I had some extra patience ready, I assumed I’d need it. I just didn’t know how badly I’d need it. I placed the order at an odd time, around two in the afternoon. I assumed that would help as right at lunch or dinner would be their busiest. I ordered online and they called me right away to let me know they were missing a topping, which was fine, I was just amazed they got to my order so quick. An hour passes and no pizza. I call, wondering where it is. I’m assured I’m next and should have it soon. This pacifies me and I wait. Another half hour and still nothing. I call back again. This time I ask if they even started cooking it. Of course they had not. So I canceled. Lying to customers isn’t a great way to get people to come back and I won’t be ordering from this location ever again. There its way better pizza with way nicer people in this area to order from, I was just in the mood for a guilty pleasure.
