Customer service lacked, I ordered and paid on the app and when I arrived, they never started the order, nd then they wanted me to pay for it again. Store could have been cleaner cause it smells funky each time I walk in. Food came out great, and considering the amount of customers, didn’t have to wait long. Food was fresh and hot. I will deff still be a customer, but just hope they change the bad/lazy employees

Such a hit or miss. Probably my last visit to this establishment. Came in Sunday before the packer game to get wings. Ordered ahead. They told me 3:10. Had to wait on my order, again. Ordered extra sauce– some of the wings weren’t even covered with sauce, again. Now, I’m not sure if this is policy or what but the fries are always soggy. Even when I ordered ahead and had to wait for my food to be ready the fries were soggy and gross. Additionally, the delay stuck waiting for the food made me miss kickoff with my family which convinced me as to why we lost so bad. I’m not a happy camper. However, I will say, the chicken is good. The sauce tastes great. I wish they’d just get their shit together but I feel like another $ 36.06 was spent down the drain.

I like Wingstop, BW3 has a better variety of sauces and rubs but the Bayshore location is terrible af! So for me, this particular Wingstop gets my business by default. This is the closes location to my house, and I can order online and pick up which is a plus! The sauces and rubs are ok, the citrus green tea is always tasty, and they haven’t messed up my order yet. This location can get busy and fills up quick. The parking is ok as it sits in a strip mall. Prices are fair, avoid the cheese sauce and fry seasoning and you should be set!

I have been 2 times, and i have to say the wings are good and the sauces are good, I will go again. I like Buffalo Wild Wings better because they have more variety

Finger liking good chicken. Hope I can say that, since that is someone else’s saying. But seriously they have great wings. Don’t get over to this one that much since they built one closer to where Iive. But both places are equal in quality and service.

Wing sauce on my hands. Sticky fingers need cleaning. Napkins would be nice… (Please?) I don’t want to be a finger licker. I may look and eat like an animal. Don’t make me feel like an animal. One of the fairly new stores. It has been open for about 2 months. No FTR for me Drat. So they are still struggling with new staff. I think some things that are common sense are overlooked because they are not thinking. Beyond the store. Case 1 Fries served in a boat. open to prevent moisture build up on the fries. Good move. They eventually become soggy so why not crisp them a little more for go orders? Case 2 Employee shorted me on a Dip that they they charged .79. Why must I have to double check your job! It wasn’t even busy. Case 3 Paper napkins are nice to have at the table or even if im bringing these wings to the beach or park or soccer field next door. Case 4 If a person orders a family pack make sure to not put the Atomic wings in the same container as the lemon pepper wings. The short time together will cross over to both types of wings. Resulting in a hybrid you may not want. Calling ahead is a great way to order but make sure they don’t forget you while you wait. Food 3 I noticed that some of the wings was kind of dried out compared to the others it was smaller. So I guess it was cooked to order quick. Now compared to BWW it was noticeably smaller in size. The sauces are pretty good. the Mango Habanero is good, The Atomic tasted like lemon pepper. since they packed into the same container separated by paper basket liners. Lemon pepper did not take the atomic taste. They recently changed the Coke machines to standard verses Coke Replay mixer machine. It’s quick and easier to use now. Ambiance 4 fairly clean lots of finger licking going on. People please use napkins. Paper towels at the counter. It would be cleaner and nicer to have napkin dispensers at the table. Service 2 The staff are still new. They need to double check the orders. Mistakes are somewhat tolerable if its dine in. Mistakes can be a big turn off if you find out at home. Location 4 Value 3 watch for specials. *************** Update *************** Customer service is in tune with following the reviews! please note that my visit was on Friday my review went up on a Saturday afternoon. I was quickly contacted Privately. By concerned owner of WS. And Kurt seemed concerned about my last visit. And took steps towards making things right for the future. He gave good suggestions on how I can request keeping the fries down for an extra 60 seconds longer for fries to go.

Gallus gallus domesticus wingus(Linnaeus, 1758) This Wingstop location has been open for about a month now and hasn’t been reviewed yet, so I better crunch one out before my brother does. He still thinks acquiring, «First to Review» badges are some kind of priceless treasure. OOOHH!!! :P *raspberries* nIm mln . As Summer winds down into the Fall season, I’ve nearly stopped cooking at home for the moment. I’ve been checking out the Northside takeout scene for a welcomed, lazy change. No grocery shopping, no prep work, no cooking, and best of all… No dishes or anything related to that whole OCD routine. YAY!!! Nothing else to do other than take out the trash and watch the sunset. I can get use to this! :) I love and hate Wingstop because their wings are so good, yet they’re a bit small size wise, and cost a bit on the high side to me. There’s a short time window before fried food becomes… Well… CRAP!!! Everything is made to order, so the fries are fresh, and the wings are hot and crispy. I tend to call in my orders and receive the requisite, «It’ll be ready in 14 minutes». Without fail, my order has always been ready for me as I walk in the door. The last time, I ordered takeout at the counter. There was a mix up where my order was either skipped or misplaced. I noticed people who’ve ordered after me, getting their food before me for a few orders before the manager noticed I’ve been waiting there getting skipped and called me to the counter and told me that my order is coming right up, and would I like a soda while I wait. I said, «It’s alright…» Then she said, «How about some fries?» HELLO!!! Does Howdy Doody have wooden balls? Although I’ve been trying to cut back on carbs lately, who can turn down free fries? When I got home, I discovered that they added 5 extra wings. I thought that was another nice added gesture as opposed to getting the, «Tough sh#t, hope you enjoy your meal sir.» treatment. Honestly, who doesn’t lose their appetite after getting screwed on a takeout order? Despite their prices, I’ll keep their number on speed dial. A hard 3 makes a 4. It’s time to take out the trash… Better luck next time Jorge! ;)
