I enjoy stopping by this local eatery. It was recently bought over by the famous Polito Bakery from New Hyde Park. Therefore, you can enjoy many of your favorite Polito’s baked good daily. Also, a great breakfast stop. Prices are super reasonable, the place is impeccably clean and the staff is overly accommodating and kind. Great food, service and prices… You can’t go wrong! Definitely worth trying out

The owner is absolutely obnoxious. I went in for a bagel and asked if he had an egg onion bagel. He says yeah we have everything here. I took another look at his selection and told him I didnt see it there so id take an egg everything bagel instead. He got very short with me and asked «what do you want, would you make up your mind?» Who talks this way to customers?

Joe is always a pleasure to visit. Hard working and generous fellow. The bagels are delivered from an outside site I believe. Bagels are standard. But the chicken salad he makes is a home run. Get there before 11 for free coffee or tea. Crammed store if you’re eating in. Hospitality is the key gem to this place.

Bagel was fine, but nothing great. They have a full breakfast menu, but I only got a bagel and cream-​cheese, so I can’t vouch for it.

Service is tremendously slow during morning rush hour with only two customers. Two bagels (untoasted) with cream cheese and two iced coffees should never take as long as it did. With its proximity to one of the busiest train stations on Long Island, management should seriously think about improving service.
