I have used them several times and am happy with them. Prompt measuring and estimate followed by quick installation. Phil told me I could quickly sell my house with new carpeting. He was right, it sold in under one week.

If zero was option I would have chosen that. They used the WRONG glue for our linoleum flooring. We had huge air pockets for months. They were not on time for appointments .The person who set up appt did not communicate to the installer. They did not seem to care that they did a poor job. We spent extra to make sure we had NO seams. We ended up with seams and lines because of poor prep under floor.

This place is unreliable and unprofessional. I called to get a home estimate. The guy called to say he was running late and would be about 15 minutes behind schedule. He didn’t show up until an hour later. After he measured the house he went to the car and realized he forgot the carpet samples at somebody else’s home. He stated he would call the following day to confirm an appt for that week. He never called the next day or the day after. He finally called on the day that he told us he thought he might be free. If we cannot rely on someone being on time or calling when they say they would call we couldn’t rely on them installing carpets for us. Pass!
