So we ordered our food and we told then to give us 3 double cheeseburgers payed for it and got it to go and they did not give us our order. We were robbed 3 burgers and payed like 4 dollars more for only a few things. I hope they don’t crew up your order.

I have gone to many McDonald’s over the years; yesterday and today at this specific site the service has been bad. Yesterday they added the wrong cheese to the sandwich even though it was correct on the order screen. Today was a case of telling the order taker the order multiple times and telling her to add extra cheese 3 times and her comment everytime was that it came with cheese.

3^rd time stopping here late at night in the last 3 months and they are closed. Your signs say and advertise 24 hour drive thru. Then mean it or take the signs down. Not too difficult. Stopped on a Friday at 2:30am, a Saturday at 1am and now lastly a Sunday at 11:53pm and all 3 times someone answers the drive thru and says its closed until 5am. What the hell?
Take your signs down then. I manage properties and I have to honor false signage, maybe you should too.
Also all times there have been several cars pulling in and then not getting help in the drive lane so then they all go to taco bell. Their line is constantly 5 – 10 cars long all night.

I always come here with my fast food queen friend whenever she has these late night cravings. Nothing spectacular but nothing disgusting to be worth ranting about. I usually get the sweet and sour wrap and my friend gets chicken nuggets and fries. We also tend to get the snack size mc flurries. I personally like my ice cream solid and not melted but depending on the day, the ice cream consistency varies. There are days when the ice cream is already turning into a milk shake and there are days when it is not. If you want something light, the vanilla cone or apple pie are good options.
Would be nice if the quality could be more consistent.

I guess it must be «get whatever they feel like serving» night here. I’m a paramedic in Minneapolis so hit many fast food restaurants and sadly this one isn’t good. They usually can’t get at least one portion of the menu right, but tonight couldn’t get a plain hamburger right. I mean it’s not that hard to slap a burger party on a bun — no cheese, no pickles.
I even went back in. They made me a new one (I wouldn’t have gone in except this is the third time this past month). Went back to my ambulance. … same sandwich as the first one. Ridiculous.
Even the manager said she’s having problems with the night staff. Simple solution — termination!

I love this McDonald’s because the people who work there are incredibly nice. It’s like they are trained to give compliments with their happy meals. Someone always compliments me on my glasses or tells me I should come in more often just so they can see me. Some of you may think this is cheesy or off-putting, but I find it fun. It means the workers are enjoying themselves, and at a fast food restaurant that many people look down on, more power to them for having fun.
