Pizza Hut

This place sucks. After way too many messed up orders, I’ve finally had it with this place. Enough is enough. On my most recent order, my food took an hour to get here without any notice of the long delay, and, of course, my food was cold and disgusting. It was at this moment that I, finally, gave up on this place. So, I call up and want a refund. I have no desire to eat lukewarm food that costs a fortune. I have to bring my food in to get a refund. Well, fuck that shit. Can you say AMEX dispute Pizza Hut?

Went to pick up food here the other night, the moment I walked through the door I could tell this place was disgusting, piles of receipt paper and garbage as soon as I opened the door, get to the counter not only to be greeted by some rude broad but to find more paper, garbage, pizza pans on the floor along with 5 full garbage bags laying right behind the counter in plain sight. As I stood there waiting for my already supposed to be done food, I watch as this broad was preparing peoples food with no gloves then touching her hands to her sides touching her bare skin then handling food again with out washing her hands after… now on to my order, she put chocolate sauce in my Cinnamon sticks instead of icing, forgot to give me my breadsticks, then when I asked for 3 sauces she told me it was $ 3 didn’t not ring them up and put the money In the drawer which I’m sure made it to her pocket because when I called to complain the manager said I was never charged for the sauce. This was not the first time my order was screwed up, my wife went in to pick our food up and seen an employee licking sauce off of they’re fingers while handling wings… smdh, some people’s children… NEVER WILL I GO BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER!!! AND I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME!

My son loves the salted pretzel crust. This location must have recently changed hands, as everything has gone downhill. Our order came wrong recently — no pretzel crust on his, wilted scary spinach and no crust as ordered on mine. I called to complain and was told that a manager would call me back. No one ever did. I went online to corporate to lodge a complaint, and received coupons by mail for two free pizzas. Cannot use those online, so called the store. Was put on hold for a manager for 8 minutes. Called back, explained my frustration and had my order taken by someone who kept ok-​ing it with someone in the background. A tepid pizza arrived an hour later (as I was preheating the oven in case of nothing ever happening). The delivery driver was uninformed and expecting payment. I gave him the coupon and the delivery fee and a tip. I told my son that we might have to be done with the pretzel crust, as this location is beyond incompetent!!!

I got a craving for their pan pizza the other day. Worst pizza I have ever had, the sausage tasted like it went bad and somehow they managed to burn it on top and still manage to make it soggy on the bottom. I would have called to complain but what’s the point the quality there has gotten so poor I have no plan to order again.

This is a great Pizza Hut to have in the neighborhood when you are pregnant and craving Pizza Hut breadsticks like mad. Otherwise, it not good. I suppose it’s too much to ask to expect decent service from a Pizza Hut, but they are mostly unfriendly, slow, and the place looks really dirty. Unless you are pregnant, drunk or high and craving Pizza Hut, go elsewhere for your pizza fix!

Me and my family ordered from them the other day. When the pizzas arrive, the thin crust pepperoni was pretty bad,. It seems as if there quality has gone downhill in the past it self. The pizza itself tasted overcooked, very little flavor and like it had been an old pizza reheated. there are better pizza places to order from.
