Had a service tech come to my home to check out the water softener, reverse osmosis system. When he left he failed to reconnect the osmosis system which we use as our primary drinking water. When I called the next day to have some come out and turn it back on I was told that there was no one available and because it was the start of a holiday weekend no one could come out until Tuesday. Four days out. It is my opinion that the manager of the facility or someone there should have come to my house fixed the problem and then have a chat with the tech to make sure this did not happen again. I now need to buy bottle water for the four days I wait for Culligan to come out and they are not offering to reimburse me for that even though they caused the problem. Very poor service.
