Dirty with poor service. Watched a guy sweep up garbage, empty the dust pan and handle my drink cup without washing his hands. Will never eat here again.

This one sucked! Cheese wasn’t melted I my cheeseburger. Soda was filled full with ice. Only a little soda. Way to salty and cold fries. AND had to hear people in the kitchen giving disparaging remarks about the grill person. I used to be a fan but now I don’t think I can return after that traumatizing event. It didn’t only hurt my tummy it hurt my heart :(

It was a nice place! It was really fast and yummy. However the fries were gross but the burger was amazing. They even have great meal combos with their A&W half. I’ll defiantly will come back.

Well they fell down on two of them. Weren’t that clean. Items and trash on prep floor.
Ran out of product. Not just mine but on another order behind me.

I’d give zero stars if I could. the pricing on the drive thru menu is incorrect, it is more expensive than what is shown, and the food I have received is always cold. I had tried to get in touch with a GM on a few occasions. It’s a wonder this place isn’t closed down to be honest. :(

I’ve been here in ’09, for a bit of vacation away from most popular places.
After driving around south of Minot, I found this A&W/KFC along the way; and since it was close to dinner time, I went inside and order some food.
Please was fairly clean, though I seem worse. Place had the normal amount of seating and was unremarkable.
I ordered my food with the one cashier girl there. Wasn’t the most friendly of folks but she had a nice smile. I order a burger and a chicken sandwich with fries and drink. As I waited I got my two cups filled with A&W root beer — not really like the old formula, but it satisfied my sweet tooth.
Got my food from the girl cashier, though I wondered if I was going to be poisoned due to one cook there who made my sandwiches — she looked like she was going crazy. But still here, so I guess she didn’t put rat poison in my burger. Sandwiches and fries tasted okay, nothing special, unlike the A&W restaurant I went to in Colorado somewheres, of which my college buddy said «this root beer is using the original recipe». Oh well. Food ain’t no Fatburger or In-​N-​Out, but was decent, especially since its one of those 2-​in-​1 restaurants.
Place is okay, but nothing special. Go here only if you have to. I am sure there are better places to eat in Minot.
