I love this place. It was not busy when we arrived but I have to say it was excellent. We had a full breakfast and coffee. It is set up so you order at the counter and they prepare the food and call your name. It was quick, super food, and a very friendly staff. If you are in Minturn… eat here. By the way there is on street parking…

Wow what a wonderful find! The breakfast burrito with green Chile and sour cream was BOOM… fantastic, I will miss it when we leave. My family had cinnamon roles, bagel sandwich, the biscuits and Gravy was fantastic. The only downside I think place has full blown Vail pricing.

My husband and I stopped by after a Mountain Meadows hike. we shared the Mountain Cristo sandwich on French toast… delicious, with cheese oozing out… and a delicious jam for dipping. We got a side of potato salad, the potatoes were perfectly done with a dressing of sour cream or yogurt, or both; unique and tasty. The cookie for dessert was a perfect ending. Then we saw the cinnamon buns… straight from the oven. Beautiful, huge and tasty looking. We should have bought one for breakfast the next morning… but I guess we’ll save that for our next visit.

I can’t wait to come back here!!! We came here during late lunch time and had amazing sandwiches and wraps. Very fresh ingredients. The staff was very friendly. Service pretty fast. The shop itself is really cute. The next day we came for breakfast and found out they were pretty much out of everything. Since it was the Labor Day weekend everyone and their mom was there having breakfast. So we were unable to get breakfast that we wanted but we did grab a few of the cinnamon rolls to go.

I love this spot. Every time we come to Minturn, we stop in — its a cosy little coffee shop with lots of personality — bright walls with local artists’ paintings featured, plants, colorful hand written menu signs, and little goodies tucked in every corner. They are dog friendly and our pup can come in with us, which is wonderful — they even brought over a water bowl for her on one hot day. I have tried a couple breakfast sandwiches, as well as the lunch sandwiches, and they are great. I always get a coffee as well, but the best part is the friendly service from everyone who works here. Its a great spot to grab a coffee a go, or sit and enjoy a sandwich, or bring your laptop to get some work done.

Amazing sticky buns. They are perfectly iced with a good cinnamon flavor. I also got the summertime smoothie; you could taste every flavor. It definitely reminded me of summer. :) The only thing that makes this four stars is that the bagel is not homemade and the egg was overcooked and very dry. Over than that it was really good.

This is an awesome little breakfast shop. We went out camping in the mountains to the south, and decided to come back for a hot breakfast on our last day. The smothered breakfast burrito is enormous, and delicious as is the biscuit and gravy. Wait staff are kind, and the fresh cooked food came out quickly.

Great find! Driving thru on way to river rafting after staying in Beaver Creek. Definitely worth stopping in. We ordered a bit off menu– I asked for scrambled eggs with green chili– so amazing! Fantastic green chili & a giant plate of perfect scrambled eggs. One of us has celiac so was worried to find items in a bakery for breakfast but the they were so lovely and accommodating. Breakfast burrito was also huge and fantastic as was French toast with great crispy bacon. Would love to stop in for lunch.

I love Sticky Fingers! A true locals’ café, and a gem in the best town of Vail Valley. Sage, the owner, is one of the best parts of the whole Sticky Fingers experience. It only takes two visits for her to remember someone and then every time you come back, she immediately makes you feel at home. Sometimes I skip making coffee at my house so that I can go in and say hello to her. Whether it’s a quick coffee mug fill or a delicious sandwich for lunch, Sticky Fingers aims to please. Great coffee drinks. Really enjoy grabbing a quick bagel for breakfast, or the breakfast burritos with green chili are amazing if you have more time. For lunch I would highly recommend The Mile if you’re a fan of the roast beef/horseradish combo. Sticky Fingers is a cozy place to go hang out, read the paper, and let Sage make you feel at home while you enjoy breakfast or lunch.

Sticky Fingers is amazing. Whether you’re in the mood for coffee, breakfast, lunch, or just a snack, there is something here for you. Not sure what you want? Just ask Sage to make you something delicious. You can trust her, she’s like Glinda the good witch of the south, but for food. And yes, the Oreo Latte is incredible.

I absolutely love Sticky Fingers. Everything on the menu is delicious. I get breakfast and/or lunch there every time I am in Minturn. The place is decorated so cute and feels homey and cozy. Some of my favorite items are the Kaleicious smoothie, the biscuits and gravy, the breakfast burrito(add some green chile YUM), the breakfast sandwich, and ALL of the sandwiches(my fav is the Hippie with turkey). Sage is a great cook and makes the best desserts. Not to mention the Oreo latte! This is making me hungry… I’m going over to Sticky Fingers now.

Best breakfast burrito in the Valley. Their customer service is great and their knowledge of the area can’t be beat. They are essentially the local info center for Minturn. There is free parking on Main St(which gets crowded at times) and a huge parking lot just over the bridge. I came in the day they had a flood and although you could tell is was a difficult situation, the owner was still being so nice and patient to people who I thought were rather oblivious and wanting to be served food while standing in a pool of water! Amazing that Sticky’s was still doing all they could to help folks. All in all, a great café in a quaint town and definitely worth stopping in for a home-made breakfast or lunch.

Drove by this place plenty of times, finally stopped in. Was not disappointed had a really good wrap with mandarin oranges in it. I’m determined to try every sandwich because they all sound super yummy. The chicken salad sandwich was really messy, beware.

After spending an average amount of time to find parking nearby, I arrived at the bakery around 11am. The bakery is relatively small, allowing for less than 20 people, including the counter to sit at. The place is well decorated with paintings(for sale) and very well drawn chalk menus. The staff is super friendly and easy going, making you feel like you chose the right place to eat even before you got your food. Since it was relatively late in the morning, they were out of certain breakfast items(specifically some bagels and all of their omelettes). I ordered a wrap called The Fresca’s, which consists of a spinach tortilla with grilled chicken, spinach leaves, mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, avocado, almonds, & feta with raspberry vinaigrette. It tastes as good as it sounds. The sweet, tangy mandarin oranges and cranberries balance out the slight saltiness of the grilled chicken and feta cheese, and the almonds provide a nice texture to the filling. Overall, the taste of the wrap is slightly sweet, due to the mandarin oranges. This is definitely a super healthy choice and I would recommend it to any passing traveler looking for a bite to eat for under $ 10. EDIT: Added a pic of the bathroom’s toilet paper dispenser because it’s so cute and fitting of the theme.

I’d really rather give these folks no stars but since I didn’t get to buy any food– well, that would be rude. I am helping a gf at the Minturn Mkt and went over there at 8am for breakfast for us. There were recovering from a flood and the gentleman kindly told me they would open in a few mins. I returned 20 mins later and they were still not ready to open. I returned a 3rd time(really quite remarkable given plenty of competition) about an hour later. As I waited in line to order a woman with blonde hair approached me and said, «I don’t want your business, you can get out. All you want is to use my bathroom and we had a flood!» Yes, as I said, I was waiting in line to order!” Her rudeness and anger to a customer was absolutely shocking and unacceptable. There are certainly plenty of other bathrooms I could use as I waited for them to open in between my 3 attempts to get breakfast. I told her I lived in Edwards and she didn’t have to worry about having me as a customer ever. I am quite blown away by how mean and rude this person was. I have never had as unpleasant an exchange as this was. Not to worry folks– I will not be back, nor will my friends who visit or live here. PS I loved my burrito from Colorado Cheesesteak across the street! These guys were so nice as I stood there shaking from the —– at SF.

We were SO excited to check Sticky Fingers out after reading all of the rave reviews here on Unilocal.Unfortunately, we were incredibly disappointed. I don’t think I’ve ever had such bad iced coffee. One star for the coffee, two stars because the café is nice and maybe the food’s much better. The good: the café itself is beautiful and has a great ambiance about it(besides the grouchy man behind us who was annoyed that we had gotten multiple drinks and that nobody behind the counter had acknowledged the long line). The tables were cozy looking and the artwork was beautiful. It was the kind of place you walk into and just feel good. The bad: The two of us ordered an iced coffee, an americano, and their famed oreo latte. The iced coffee was so weak that the only taste was of watered down milk(a little milk had been added). The oreo latte tasted burnt and just kind of… it didn’t taste like much of anything, actually. Also, I don’t hold it against them, but as a warning to anybody who can’t eat gluten – the oreo latte has actual oreos in it. The americano was weak and equally unimpressive. I’ve never ditched a fresh cup of coffee before, but I ended up throwing my drink away and heading elsewhere for my caffeine fix. I definitely wouldn’t go to Minturn just for Sticky Fingers but if I find myself back there, anyway, I might give it another chance.

There are too many positives to count. I love the employees! The owner Sage is a most fabulous individual! Love the tonics(kaleliscious mmmmm), food is great, homemade brownies w/soy milk hot coco is wonderful too. :) The aesthetics are eclectic and inviting. I love hanging out here.
