Total scam! I walked in and asked how much for a full set of acrylics. Lady said $ 20. I was like oh wow what a great deal (obviously too good to be true) then I sit down and the lady asks me I want gel… I say how much extra does that cost? $ 10. Ok whatever so it’ll cost me $ 30. Still not bad. Then after I get my nails done I go to pay…$ 55??? What? I say the lady told me it was 30… how is it now $ 55. «Oh gel is extra and your almond shape was extra too». I am furious. Not only did no one tell me of the extra costs but if I didn’t even ask about the gel I would have thought the whole time I was still paying $ 20. I was so angry I didn’t even bother to argue, I just walked out. Total scammers! Not a good way to run a business and definitely not a good way to keep clients. I will not be coming back

I just came from DJ Nails and had a great experience. Thanks Shelia for doing an awesome job! I have been «wandering» around trying to find a nail home and my girlfriend recommended DJ Nails. Funny enough, I used to be a regular years ago but thought that I had outgrown it. But here I am full circle. The experience was human and I didn’t feel as I was on an assembly line. I will definitely be going back!

LEAVE YOUR IPHONE AND PURSE IN THE CAR if you choose to patronize this establishment. They have a nail tech (male) that’s a thief! This young man did my nails, and did a relatively good job. No complaints there. When he finished my fill, he told me to go and wash my hands b4 he polished. At that point, I did as I always do. I sat my cell phone on the very top of my open purse (so that I wouldn’t damage my wet nails trying to retrieve it from inside my purse). I left my purse sitting right in front of him and I went to the back to wash my hands. I was gone less than a minute and when I returned, my phone was gone!
I missed it right away. I asked the nail tech what happened to my phone and he immediately began to pat his pockets instead of helping me look for it. A sign of guilt. He was the only one around. No techs or customers on either side of us. As I started to raise hell. I said «I’m going to walk to the back again and when I return, my phone had better be here!» I walked to the back, and came right back and my phone magically appeared!
They (he and the owner) tried to tell me that my phone was there all the time. What an insult to my intelligence! At that point, I’m steaming and would NOT let it go. I asked to see the security tape and I was told that the camera froze right at the moment that was in question. Now I’m super insulted!
I’ve been patronizing this shop for almost 3yrs. I felt very comfortable there. I was later told by someone else that the thieving nail tech was related to the owner. Which all made sense. Not to mention that it’s bad for business to acknowledge that you are employing s thief. Very Disappointing… Only spend your money there if you’re desperate. They don’t deserve it!

I have been going to DJ nails for 7 years now. I, nor my mother, will ever be returning here. Besides that our favorite technicians left, this nail salon has the most expensive prices in the area. There décor and massage chairs need to be renovated. Fortunately, they recently bought new gel nail polish colors (for a while they only had less than 20).
Quick service is a plus.

I’ve been coming to this place for years! And I’m one of the pickiest people out there when it comes to getting my nails done! They have changed a lot since the years have past !! I even left and cheated because they were not in the gel nail game… BUT I couldn’t resist coming back because of how well they did my cleaning! Love love love this place… NOW THEY HAVE ALL TYPES OF GEL COLORS and at a good price. I would recommend this place to anyone! My dad is even hook on these people he comes here on a biweekly basis.

rating you people one star!!! i came into dj nails last week on march 4^th, wednesday and i got a gel mani & pedi. i needed gel because i was going on a trip which im currently on right now, but let me tell you what kind of gel mani + pedi i got… one that chips both nails and toenails in less than a week. i paid $ 60 bucks for this shit? are you fucking kidding me? when i get back to miami i will be filing a complaint with the manager and letting everyone know what a waste of money you guys are. scammers!!! don’t advertise saying gel lasts 2 weeks when it really didn’t even last a week.

Walked right in for a Manicure on a Friday which is surprising. They sat me down and waited about 15 minutes for someone to finish their breakfast. Picked out my polish and I noticed the tech water it down with something. Horrible Manicure! After I finished drying my nails there was tons of bubbles. When I got home they had already chipped. I was going to complain when I paid but the owner was having a heated argument with another client who was upset at her gel manicure. I didn’t have time to wait until they hashed things out but I will not return. Waste of $ 15.00!

My nails chipped the same day I got a gel manicure and continued to deteriorate throughout the week. I was really disappointed.

It’s worth it. For $ 35 a manicure and pedicure with a massage. Oo La La.

Went in on NYE morning, expected to wait quite a bit but surprisingly got right in. I went in looking to get the new rage stilleto nails (the long pointy ones) and basically left with long oval nails. I kept asking the guy to make them a little pointier and he just kept telling me «oh no more pointier» … i guess for only $ 27 you can’t complain too much but lack of knowledge on latest trends and minimal polish choices, they definitely have room for improvement. and to add to it, i normally go and get my nails filled every two weeks and i have multiple nails snap off before even a week. needless to say i will be searching for another nail salon
