I came for acrylics. Terrible customer service. Unsanitary devices. When I told them something I wasn’t comfortable with something they were doing they just said «no no, it look beautiful like that» never coming back. Don’t go here.

I came here for a simple mani pedi with my friend. Okay first off, they gave her an extra scrub and charged us 3 $ extra at then end (which is nothing) what pissed me off is that they didn’t ask her if she wanted that addition, they just did it. My friend requested to change the person because she noticed that she wasn’t painting her nails good and missing the edges. Once she told me that I checked my nails and realized that my nails were painted horrible. I requested if they could at least fix my nails and the lady at the front ignored me. I’m never coming back here again and I’ll make sure to tell my friends, super unprofessional

If I may, I wish to express my displeasure with some of the denigrating and offensive comments that are quite often used by some of the male technicians. Sadly, one tech felt comfortable to state“bro and whores”, while providing service. Such language is not only unprofessional but most of all, quite offensive to those who do not participate in such conversational language. I’ve patronize your business on several occasions and trust this message will not be disregarded with the hopes of knowing your quality services are not overshadowed with sexist references such ras «Boo», to include conversations referring to male and females as «brothas and whores». Best Regard with hopes of encouraging better customer service within your establishment.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST NAIL JOB I HAVE EVER RECIEVED!!! The guy was in a rush so he quickly painted my nails leaving nail polish all around my nail. He kept receiving phone calls and saying how he should be done in 10 minutes when we just started. As soon as HE was done, he rushed out. His name is Thomas… My friends nail tech named Tai also rushed through her nails and didn’t even completely paint her nails. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

I came on a Tuesday for a wax. Waited over 30 minutes even though the salon was nearly empty. The staff is unprofessional and extremely slow with service. Absolutely no professionalism at all and extremely slow service.

Worst experience ever. First they tell me they can do designs and after when they mess up and can’t do them they get in a bad mood and pretty much kicked me out of the salon just because they couldn’t do what was promised at the beginning.
Worst pedicure ever as well.

Love my NexGen Nails! Thanks Tai! Not many nail shops around that do NexGen, so I’m glad I found a place nearby. Juan and Tai are very friendly.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS PLEASE i had been here a couple of times before but the last time i was there i had my toes done by one of the guys. The pedicure was okay, it wasn’t until one of the guys started talking about how all of them just BOUGHT their nail licenses. He then preceded to tell the woman that his parents taught him. And he really wasn’t even trying to keep his voice down, I’m sure the whole salon heard what he was saying. I come to these people and pay professionals to do my nails, never coming back to these scammers !

So I’ve been going to this nail salon for awhile now. The technicians are usually entertaining as well as very detailed in their work. Lots of locals who are avid customers on a weekly basis! Manis, Pedis, gels, acrylics, eyebrow waxing, and extensions now too! Prices are extremely reasonable! I always ask for a design on my toes and sometimes nails too, which they do by hand. I requested July 4th nails and am very happy with what Tai created for me! A big woot woot to Tai and Diamond Nails! Patti

I was treated great, and was given great service. I love how my Nex-​Gen Mani came out. First time doing nex-​gen and it’s wonderful definitely recommend it! If you can schedule ahead of time go with Mai or Tom! They’re both wonderful. And my pedicure was on point. I went in, in desperate need of a nail makeover, and got out with beautiful nails! Super happy with the result. Recommend the place!

I’ve been to this place twice. The first time: a gel mani by Juan. He was friendly and applied the polish very well. He claimed that «Perfect Match» gel polish was better than OPI gel, but 2 days after application I got a chip — gel is not supposed to do that. $ 25 gel mani — can’t beat that, so I decided to come back.
Anyways, the second time I went. I asked for a pedi and gel mani. Gel mani was done by Troy. He was OK. Then I got Juan again, this time for my pedi. He was cutting my toes’ cuticles so fast I knew he was going to cut me, well, I did get a little prick. Really? A cut on a pedi? Needless to say, I wasn’t happy and my tips reflected that.
And lastly, another chip using Perfect Match after 2 days. That product is not a good gel polish. Overall. the place can use some good cleaning as well. Not sure I’ll be back.

I’ve been here twice for acrylics and i haven’t been disappointed. I’m actually going there tomorrow for a french pedicure and maybe an eyebrow wax. Their prices are good too, well according to me (they charge the same at my University’s nail salon) and the people are nice. I had a guy named Tai; He was friendly and it’s a lot of young nail technicians, even the guys.
