A amezing place to have breakfast. Especially their giant pankcakes they have at a very good price. Definitely will keep going back for breakfast!

This is a fantastic diner /​deli establishment. With a tremendous delivery business to the local area. They carry boars head meats and cheeses, great breakfast sandwiches, salads and more. My favorite is a bacon egg and cheese sandwich with smoked Gouda cheese on raisin toast! It’s awesome!

I was highly disapointed they didnt have poached eggs. How are you a breakfast place and not sell poached eggs?! Soo sad. And the scrambled eggs were ‘meh’. The veggie croissant was great though. If i go back again i will get that. I got it deliver and it was very fast, and they didnt bang down my door like the police which is always a plus in my book. Some delivery people need to switch careers. All in all, i’m the sandwich was the best thing and they didnt mess up the grits and toast.

Ducked in to grab a tasty treat for lunch as the Jag was next door being tinted. Meh.
I had the «special» fried grouper sammy with «seasoned» fries, and a cold beverage (Sprite) and it was all just about as plain and unremarkable as it could be.
The seasoned fries were as regular as regular fries can be. The sandwich was DEEP fried. It tasted like fried crispiness. I think they were grouper fingers, too. It was not a filet. It had no flavor. Fail.
My Sprite was good. Served in Styrofoam. Not very Earth friendly.
I sat at the counter and was treated to a new trainee waitress. She needs a lot more training.
The place is busy, perhaps because of value (it is inexpensive) or perhaps I didn’t order the right thing? After reading other Unilocalers reviews it appears I didn’t order the right thing. So I shall return.

All Boars Head meat and cheese on sandwiches. Open early for breakfast. Cuban coffee. Small place. Lots of regulars and cops easy there. Huge salads. Daily specials. Great place.

Cheese Steak Sub. That’s all I need to say right here. Fine. This place is good! If you are planning on eating in, it has some limited seating. There are always some police eating here too… isn’t that supposed to indicate something? Or are we not supposed to trust their food choices anymore?

Great place for breakfast. I loved ordering my ham, eggs and cheeses sandwich on whole wheat toasts form this place for breakfast.
It’s a family own restaurant so don’t expect they have a lot of sitting inside.
The little lady who takes your order she is super nice.
And they close on Sunday.

Great little spot for breakfast and lunch. If you are within a select area, they deliver as well. The waitresses are very nice and friendly. Food is better than going to Dennys or iHop… tastes just like home.
There is a breakfast /​lunch menu, but they make almost anything to order.

Nice lil sub shop with quality salads, the selection of soups are very good, only negative is the linited seating capacity at lunchtime.

It’s been around for over 20 years.
a tiny sandwich shop that serves delicious subs, wraps, salads, and soups. I usually go there for their Spicy Fajita Chicken wrap. Its a bit hot but its definitely one of the best sandwiches you can buy around the crummy side of Hallandale.
They also have a SUPER friendly staff. by the second or third time you’re there, they already know you by name. That’s a plus in my book.
Right now the construction makes it hard to get to if you’re heading north on 441 but if there’s a way to cut through. do it. Howie’s subs are definitely worth it!
