If I could rate it 0 star I would. Horrible service at night. After 10PM it’s like everything goes to hell and the «I don’t care about anything» shift starts. The wait time is never ending. The drive trough line is like 15 cars deep and it take about 20 minutes from when you get in line till you get to order and about another 15 to get your food. This place SUCks.

It’s a McDonald’s you get what you think. Service here is horrible though. Wrong order and management didn’t do anything about it, if fact they charged my friend for a mistake on their part. Maria, the store manager handled the situation very poorly.

HORRIBLE SERVICE RAFAEL AND DANIELA ARE THE WORST EMPLOYEES THIS MCDONALD HAS EVER HAD.
We ordered FOOD and asked for a cup of water seeing as we do not drink soda, and they made fun of us, laughed and then proceeded to say no.
We said okay thank you, sat down and ate our food. Side note: they always give everyone water cups.
Today, we went again. As we were walking in Rafael had a smirk on his face when he saw us and when he proceeded to take our order we added that we wanted water cups. (Previous to this visit, when they had not been working we always got water cups.) At this point Rafael laughed and Daniella the manager kept staring at us and laughing. Super disrespectful. Anyways, we ask them for the water cups and then Rafeal says let me ask the manager, and goes and tells Daniella it’s the same bitches that were here last time.
What type of establishment allows their employees to mock and call their customer names? And to deny water to paying customers??? We even said they could serve it to us in a plastic cup in case they thought we were gonna get soda.
So rude, and disrespectful I’m in awe of the audacity and the lack of manners of the employees in your establishment.

My wife ordered breakfast on 7:00 pm and the food is Terrible! Not even the dog wanted to eat it. Avoid this place at all cost!

Little particles at the bottom of my cup. Need I say more? The pictures are below. I feel so sick right now. Cleanliness is important and there is no reason why I should have several little particles at the bottom of my cup. It’s been three months since I’ve been to McDonald’s and it will probably take three years for my disgust to subside to the point where I can walk into another McDonald’s without vomiting.

Worst customer service… from the people that want $ 15/​hr pay. Will the machines (like the ones on NY) be replacing the workers here??? Hope so.

While the food was excellent, I feel compelled to write this review in the negative because of what I saw here. While eating my breakfast in the restaurant a supervisor arrived in a white Ford Explorer. I know which car because instead of parking she put on her flashers and left her car partially blocking the drive thru. Cars kept lining up behind it before they realized they had to around her to get into the drive thru. When someone in the store pointed it out to her she laughed and said «Don’t they know what emergency lights are for?» But she didn’t move the car. I sat inside for 15 minutes and ate and when I left her car was still in the same place. What a horrible example for the employees! Apparently customers aren’t the most important element in her business. Instead, getting ready for a visit from someone and putting up news signage is most important.
The only saving grace is the young lady working the lobby. Lala isn’t wonderful! She cleaned that lobby and restroom until they were spotless. She was friendly, sadly I couldn’t converse much because of my very poor Spanish, but they need more employees like here at this location.

This is a very chill McDonalds. Don’t waste your time reading the other reviews. The point of this place is consistency, which is exactly what your going to get at this location. Anything you like about this brand your going to find here. That said, I believe this is the «best» one in the area including Miramar. It’s the cleanest and most chill.

Our children like this place they like to eat here every Wendsday. They like the chicken nuggets and like the toys there too.

This Mcdonald’s sucks.
I understand it’s fast food, and there’s only such a high standard that fast food restaurants can reach… But this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too.
Every time I’ve been here they either get my order wrong or they find some way to gross me out.
Ex 1:
I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, turned on the sink and brownish water came out. And during that same visit they had a leak in the ceiling. Oh, and the tap water is disgusting.
Ex 2:
During a drive thru visit they got my order completely wrong, I ordered an Egg Mcmuffin and instead got this concoction called the bagel bacon and cheese sausage something or other… I was already driving on i75 when I found out the mistake, I thought it wasn’t worth going back to fix because what’s the point, they’ll just get it wrong again.
Just say no. There’s another McDonald’s down the road on Miramar Parkway anyways.

This Mcdonald’s location in Miramar Pkwy is a hit or miss. Sometimes, you’ll get a pleasant employee that will be nice enough to acknowledge your presence. Other times, i’ve gotten rude, blank stares, and sometimes some eye rolling when I dare ask for extra ketchup. It is conveniently located by the Miramar Super target, which is a plus.

This is a review for 9÷22÷13.
We went here by the drive-​thru for lunch, the cashier took our order and he was nice and professional, the best cashier that I never seen before. The lady who gave us the food was nice too.
My mom ordered and paid the food. My mom and I had McChicken. My brother had a snack wrap and my dad had the new Mighty McWing combo meal.
The food was good and the service was very fast, I would rate this visit the full 5 stars.
