I tried to order online and use a coupon, ive had delivery from this store to my home but this time it said they couldn’t deliver to me, so i called the store, told them my issue, and they said they could deliver but not honor the coupon. Forget it. I got 2 large pizzas and parmesan breadsticks from papajohns for the same amount as the big dinner box i was going to order with coupon applied. Your losing business pizza hut

Ordered 10 pizza’s for a party via the Internet. My husband went to pick the order up and there were 9 pizza’s even though we were charged for the 10 I ordered. I specifically needed the order ready at 4 P.M. So, needless to say the pizza’s were 20 minutes late. My husband received a lousy two liter of Pepsi for the incompetence of the employees! When the pizza’s finally arrived the nine pizza’s that sat around waiting for the tenth pizza were cold. Go figure, huh? 90 dollars wasted! We will never waste our money at another Pizza Hut. There are too many pizza places out there that would love our business and would actually know how to properly read and fill the order! I still can’t get over the two liter of Pepsi. That made everything much better. NOT!

One thing you realize living in Notre Dame area is that when it’s 30 below with over a foot of snow outside, and you have no food at home or are too lazy to cook, you have two options: A) Attempt the unthinkable and drive somewhere B) Order in You call around and notice most places are not delivering either. Makes sense, it’s covered in snow, your car will not brake, and you will suffer frostbite. But some soul will offer to deliver because they have an SUV. So we ordered Pizza Hut. Took 75 minutes but got there. Food, not so good. Service, they made it right! One point five stars for food, 5 stars for the brave delivery guy in his Grand Cherokee.
