I just wanted to write this review tonight because my experience with All Tech has been SO positive, I didn’t want any of the details to escape my memory. Anybody looking for Yamaha warranty service can CERTAINLY rely on this place for help. I just got my P-105 keyboard back today, and they were comprehensive enough in their fix to replace the entire keybed!(or whatever the equivalent is on a Digital Piano). I actually use this instrument to perform, so it is crucial that I have it in good working-order. The last time I brought it in(not All-tech’s fault), a few of the keys were beginning to come loose(the Db 5 to be particular), and I even suspected the volume lever wasn’t working properly. All Tech took the time to actually address each issue, and even vindicated my suspicion about the volume knob — it was misaligned. They fixed the key-mechanism, and from that point my keyboard was in good shape. Unfortunately, I believe this particular series is not made very ROBUSTLY by Yamaha, so the day before my birthday I brought it back in for a full workup and to address some more keys of concern. This was one year to the day since I’d purchased the keyboard(an early birthday-present to myself, I suppose) so you can imagine my relief when they agreed to honor the warranty; literally, the last day it was still valid. Tom(the repairman/owner) hit the nail on the head when he implied that I was concerned about the keyboard for future purposes, and he was absolutely right; I didn’t want to endup somewhere 2 years down the road with a bunch of loose/broken keys, etc. So like I said, they ended-up getting Yamaha to replace the entire keybed. I realize this is December 23rd, and you might be thinking«well you dropped it off more than 3 months ago — what took them so long?» Well, the last time I had it in they were very prompt, and it was clear to me that they knew what they were doing, so I didn’t even call them once or stress about it ’cause I knew I was in good hands. The week I started even THINKING about calling, they got to me first, so it was very serendipitous. I lament the day when these types of traditional repair-establishments are deemed obsolete by this rashly moving disposable culture of ours. It’s a shame. In summary, you can absolutely trust this operation with your Yamaha warranty repairs, and I suspect many other things as well. Give them a shot. Thanks you guys!
