I needed a quick bite one night. I stopped in at Carl’s Jr one evening. This was a typical Carl’s Jr. If it was in the east it would be a Hardee’s but it looks the same. I had a burger and shake. It was good and I was finished in a short time.

I stop here every weekend on my way San Diego. Oh boy was I shocked. I watch the male employee in the back make my sandwich. He was moving cardboard boxes around prior to making my burger. He didn’t change his plastic gloves. I couldn’t stomach watching it. I felt so bad I didn’t give them the sandwich back. I just threw it away! Time for me to find a new place to grab a bite to eat.

Service at this location is lackluster at best. Constantly ask you to pull to the front of the drive thru even if there is not that many people in the drive thru line. Which in some cases i can say is understandable but they will completely ignore any condiment requests which is irritating. Bread is sometimes hard on their sandwiches which sucks. Well at least they have a green burrito there which is the only reason i gave this location 2 stars.

horrible service. why can’t you figure out how to make a grilled cheese for crying kid? you have a grilled cheese burger, just take the burger out!!! and don’t tell me at 10:33 that breakfast ended at 10:30 when i stood in line at 10:20 and you ignored me for 13 minutes as you dealt with some issue with a coworker and slowly counted all of the change in the cash drawer!!!

Asked for an all natural burger with ketchup only. They confirmed with me 3 times that’s what I would get. Got my burger with every single thing on it except ketchup. I’ve never had that experience with a Carl’s Jr before. Extremely disappointed.

Had dinner there. The food was cold, my order was messed up and the onion rings look and tasted like they were sitting in the fryer for hours. It must be the worst run Carl’s JR. I like Calr’s JR but I won’t be back to this location. You were warned.

Never coming back here to this location again. They will take your $ 10 bill and hold it up to the light several times and yell across the kitchen to their manager«is this real»?! I am not amused and I am not a criminal. I placed an order during my last visit for 4 people. Immediately after I paid, I was asked if I would mind parking and waiting, and they would bring my food out to me. About 4 minutes after I parked, an armored car showed up. I figured the armored car visit could possibly affect the amount of time it would take for me to receive my food. So, I waited patiently. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I was greeted at the counter with my food. I won’t go back to this location.

There was one other customer dining inside. Seemed to be a fairly slow evening. The guy taking my order gave me a completely different burger than what I ordered. He didn’t know the difference between honey mustard sauce and sweet and sour when I requested honey mustard, so he brought me bbq sauce. Seeing that another customer was having difficulties ordering their food(took me 10 minutes to receive my order), I decided just to eat my burger instead of attempting to inform them they gave me the wrong burger. Who knows how complicated that would have been. Forget it. The turkey burger I was given tasted a bit«off.» I’ve had that burger in the past. I went to use the restroom before leaving, and the bathroom was filthy! No paper towels, toilet quite literally looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Floor, walls, sink were disgusting. The restaurant overall seemed filthy. Tables hadn’t been cleaned. Trash on the table and the floor. It was just gross. I won’t be coming back to this Carl’s. I felt the need to sanitize after leaving.

I go to this Carl’s Jr. all the time and for years, cause it’s on the way to work and a lot of the reason is because I’m the King of coupons… I digress! Ordered chicken strips, they were not good today, got to work, tried to eat them and did what I’ve never done before, called to complain. I said«hey! just left the place, I’m the black guy, and she said«ok! How can I help(the manger Mayra). She told me I could come after work and she would take care of me. got there, she was leaving, and speaking to the nite manager(Antonio), THEYTOOKCAREOFME! as they always do, people always write bad stuff, never the good. The folks that work there are pros!

Occasionally I come here and place a pretty big order and the staff is usually very friendly, greets you with a smile, and gets the order done pretty fast. Sometimes I have to wait a while but you can see everyone is working hard and my orders are for 10 people so I understand it takes a while. Because everyone is so nice and working hard I don’t mind the wait. One time they did make a mistake on my order but I called and the next time I was there they fixed it and made it right with me. This carl’s Jr has much better customer service than you would expect at a fast food restaurant.

I’ve had better food at other Carls’. Ordered the Philly Cheese Steak burger. Pretty good, but the part that really pissed me off was that Carl’s Jr. claimed a free snickerdoodle ice cream sandwich with any purchase of the philly sandwich. I asked about that and the cashier said this location doesn’t offer that deal. I was like, SERIOUSLY?. First and last time I will come to this Carls’.

I swear it’s become some kind of a ritual, stopping at different Carl’s Jr. drive-thrus on our way up to Disneyland. My husband has a thing for the biscuits, and as I’m usually the one dragging us up to Anaheim for these events, I don’t grumble when he says he wants to stop for a quick breakfast. We chose this location because it was right off the freeway, and connected to a gas station. We were greeted right when our car got to the menu board, and the guy talking was shockingly polite. Call me cynical, but I never expect friendliness when rolling through a drive-thru lane. It’s a result of too many negative experiences, and the horrible customer service is what I’ve become to expect. The notable exceptions would be In n Out, and some Jack in the Box restaurants, but I digress. So, when this employee greeted us with a «Good morning, welcome to Carl’s Jr!» and then asked us what we wanted to order, I was mildly stunned. But, when he followed all that up by repeatedly calling my husband«sir», I was floored. His excellent customer service continued when we were at the window, and it didn’t seem sarcastic or forced when we were face-to-face(there’s that cynicism again). He had my husband’s coffee out right away(and apologized for not offering cream and sugar, after my husband requested it), then handed our two biscuits over right after that. The biscuits were probably the best I’ve ever had from Carl’s Jr — they were fresh(no crunchy and/or hard tops here), and put together well. So yeah, I didn’t think it’d be possible, but I was impressed by a drive-thru attendant and meal. At a Carl’s Jr, no less. These are strange times, I guess.

STAYAWAYFROMTHISCARLSJR Actually they this is a negative 5 review I just stopped by this afternoon to get a quick bite and they had a Philly Cheese Steak special so I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak. I get home and take a bite of the burger and get a big mouth full of hot peppers. Talked about pissing on their customers. I looked inside and there was only one small piece of steak. & it took them about 10mins to make the special. Management of this Carls Jr should fire the jerks working this afternoon 12÷30÷13 I will never return Really sad to see this kind of crap at Carls

They stopped serving fried zuccini, i’m bummed. why’d they do that? Well other than that, the food was good, it was hot and it was quick. I guess their new lingo is «my pleasure» to do that for you, or «my pleasure» to serve you… haha… i thought about it and it’s actually nice. Sounds nice. Good training move, brings the courtesy back…

Avoid This Location! During a recent lunchtime, my wife went through the drive-through at this location. The order taker did not repeat her order to her, and after a couple of minutes she pulled up to the window and paid, only to be told to wait in the grill area parking and someone would bring out her order to the car. Now, there is no dedicated grill area parking at this location, and when she pulled to the end of the drive-through lane she found the car that preceded her in line also waiting for the order to be delivered. She waited 20 minutes(no exaggeration) for the food to be brought out, was given neither explanation nor apology for the wait, and only then discovered that the order was incorrect. She drove away in disgust. We complained to Carl’s corporate and got only the usual offer of coupons — save your precious time and go somewhere else! Carl’s Jr., and especially the franchisee that runs this location, don’t care about the customer.
