I came in a while back with issues for my ps4 less than 2 weeks after purchasing — it wouldn’t find the signal to display. The first thing the lady said was that they couldn’t replace the unit. If she had been even a little helpful with my problem and maybe toned down the giddyness (she seemed way too excited to turn down service to me in front of her co-​worker) I wouldn’t be rating them. Terrible company with terrible policies and terrible people that seem excited to take your money and hang you out to dry.
I’m buying my games online from now on. Why should I support a business in my community that has shown zero respect toward their customers.

I called this store looking for a game to put on hold. Om their website it said it was in stock, so I figured they could put it on hold until I could make it to the store. They guy went to check and left me on hold for over 25 minutes. I finally hung up after the store had closed and figured he couldn’t be bothered. I am not going to waste my time or energy with this store.

Beast GameStop & Ken is tha best. He also happens 2 be the last original employee there. The other awesome employees (Tammy, Jose, tucker, & Wei) have all left or been transferred. Ken if ur reading this don’t leave ur the best. Rock on GameStop trabucco

If ever my husband is missing, I can almost be guaranteed to find him here. The guys that work here will talk games, gaming systems. you name it for hours. You’re sure to find someone in the store who knows something about everything no matter the time of day. This is the only game stop hubby goes to!

I have been in various game stops over the years to pick up items for my sons. I have to say this was about the best. They were quick and helpful and the price was right. The salesman was not condescending. I will definitely go back to this store.

biggest rip off ever!!! they say trade in any game system, games ext… and get 50% more store credit, not true… i gave them about 8 popular practically new games and they said oh this does not apply. barley gave me a credit and the used games i wanted are less new in walmart just dance the 1st one used 23 dollars, walmart 17. huge huge rip off. i am going to try to go to another one close by. dont go here unless you want to get ripped off big time!!!
