I have purchased several suits from Mike he amazing, he looks at you and knows your size and tastes. My grandson wanted a tux for the prom, so rather than renting we went to see Mike. My grandson had been to Men Wearhouse to purchase a suit and it was an ordeal. The day we were at Mikes he was very busy, but he asked what we were looking for. I told him my grandson wanted a tux. Mike we to the rack and handed my grandson a nice black tux that was a perfect fit along with a shirt and tie. As we walked out of the store my grandson said, "that was impressive". He said in the past it took hours to get a suit, but we were in and out in 30 minutes. Buying the tux from Mike was less than renting it, the downside ways Mikes tux didn't have stains and it was not shiny. My grandson refered several of his friends to M.A.X

My son asked if he could attend his winter formal on a Sunday, he asked his friend to be his date on Wednesday, which is also the day I found out what color he would need in coordination with his date’s dress. The formal was Saturday, so we only had 3 days to get everything together.
After realizing the cost of tux rentals, I looked to Unilocal for some guidance.
The reviews for Maxx’s were exemplary, and lived up to every review. Instead of renting a tux, he sold me one for $ 139.00, with shirt and tie included. He altered the tux and did a wonderful job, even leaving room for growth, as my son will need it again within the next year and a half. We will just have to change the shirt and tie color. I am saving so much money with this purchase, as opposed to renting.

Mike is the best at Max clothing. Helpful is selecting color of suit and matching ties. I found a great Italian suit and a very reasonable price for my sons wedding. The shopping experience was pleasant. I highly recommend Max!

Mike was amazing at Max Clothing. I was going to rent a Tux and it was actually cheaper to buy one vs. rent one. Mike at Max is extremely helpful for selecting and fitting dress clothing. He and his brother endeavor to provide the best service possible. The suits they provided for our wedding party were Italian design, made with super 150 wool and expertly fitted at a price that is competitve with Tuxedo rentals. I highly recommend Mike at Max clothiers for suits, sport coats, shirts, ties and accessories.

Mike was very nice and helpful. I had a lot of specific requirements for a dress shirt and he helped me out until I found the right one. Very good pricing as well.

We had a wonderful experience! My ultra thin 15 year old son was dreading our trip to find him a suit for concert band. Within seconds he was literally smiling as he was quickly fitted for suit, shirt, bow tie and belt (all for $ 140). The service, the suit and the tailoring (the hem) were excellent! I was happy the rest of the day & sorry I had passed by this store so many times without knowing how great it is. With a growing teen I will be back at least once a year and for whatever other special occasion needs that arise.

I don’t even know where to start! MIKE IS AWESOME!!! I have horrible experiences going to Macy’s and men’s warehouse and all those other big brand name stores. I get bad service and clothes that don’t fit. But at MAX not only do you get great service and great clothes but you actually enjoy shopping. Now if mike can make me like shopping for clothes that should say a lot! Anyways I have no negativity to state and I shall continue to come here for my shopping needs. Also GREAT PRICES!

My immediate family members and our relatives always go to MAX first for clothing, especially suits and dress pants, shoes, shirts. The service is impeccable, clothing is fabulous, and pricing is excellent. The manager can pick out a person’s size and correct style and color without any input from the customer — however, he always asks for the customer’s input and values it. This should be a man’s first stop when looking for clothing, shoes and accessories. Verona

The superb quality of the clothes here is beyond any other men’s store. The owner, definitely is a connoisseur of men’s clothing and is helpful in every way. Never have I seen such a wide variety of luxurious clothing from such a wide variety of immaculate and majestic material. I recommend this establishment to all of my friends and family. MAX is a delicacy among menswear. Forget about Men’s Warehouse, MAX is where it’s at.

I found this store on Unilocal while reviewing Men’s Wearhouse. The numerous negative reviews of MW had me concerned. Max was in the «people also viewed» side bar. I read all the reviews, and they were all not only positive but pretty much glowing. Still wasn’t positive I’d have a great experience. I hate shopping for anything in general, but I decided to give it a look anyway.
When I walked in, the man running the store was helping another customer at the register. His name is Mike. When he acknowledged me shortly after walking in, I asked where the suits that were on sale were and he walked over and showed me the specific rack and said, «You are 44 Long.» Without even measuring me, he knew my size, and was correct. He then said, «I show you the suits, then I leave you alone.» Perfect. I hate helicopter sales people.
I looked at several suits while he helped the other customer. The other customer was haggling with him over the price and being really annoying about it. Mike remained cool and worked with them. I looked at a vest and he stopped with the other customers, and showed me the vests, before going back to the other customer at the register. When the other customers were finally satisfied and left, Mike helped me.
My visit to the store took longer than I wanted it to, but that was because I was being treated so well. He helped me pick out two suits, two shirts, ties and a belt as part of their current special. He sold me on a shirt/​tie color combination that I wouldn’t have otherwise considered. I’m looking forward to wearing it.
He rang me up and because I bought some extra items, he gave me a discount on them. He then fitted the suit pants and told me the tailoring would be done on them in two days.
He’s a VERY knowledgeable fellow, very friendly and very customer oriented. I cannot recommend this store highly enough. If you need a less-​expensive suit. This has to be your first stop. Don’t hit the Men’s Wearhouse, Jos A Bank, or any of the others you’ve heard about on the radio or TV. COME HERE FIRST!

I would drive an hour to get a suit here. Great quality, nice modern slim fit suits, and they will tailor you up right there when you purchase it. Awesome quick service. Highly recommend this place for any suit and tuxedo needs.
DO NOT GET A SUIT AT MENS WAREHOUSE OR JOS A BANK. OVERPRICED AND NOT WORTH IT.

I heard about MAX from my cousin who need a new suit. I needed a black sport coat and shirt so I decided to go with him.
We walked around Macy’s for 20 minutes or so before going to MAX & didn’t find anything (I’m a bigger guy).
I walked in and asked Mike if they had larger sizes and after telling him a 50L jacket was snug, he pulled one off the rack that fit perfectly. Then he told me about the deal they were doing: sport coat, pants, shirt, tie and belt for $ 140.
He helped my pick everything out, again mostly by eyeballing me and getting it perfect. He measured my neck just to make sure he had gotten the right size shirt (he did).
After all was said and done, I got a nice, brand new suit with alterations to the pants (they have an on-​site tailor) for about $ 170 and my cousin got the same thing as me plus an additional shirt and tie for about $ 220. Definitely coming back here.

Normally, I shop at 3 Day Suit Broker when I need to get a decent quality, inexpensive suit.
I stopped by Max over the weekend with my girlfriend, and saw a pretty good deal — a suit, shirt, tie, and belt for $ 140. Although the price was a little bit higher than 3 Day Suit Broker, it was worth it. The suit is much better in quality compared to those in the same price range elsewhere. They have a large selection of suits, shirts, ties, suspenders, and all of the other accessories you would need to go with your purchase.
A huge selling point here was the service. I was helped out by Mike, who absolutely knew his stuff. He didn’t measure me at all, but pulled all the correct items just by glance — he grabs a 40L slim fit suit without me saying anything and it fit perfectly. For the shirt, he didn’t even ask, and brought a 16 ½ by 33 sleeve shirt (my size, spot on). The dude knows what he is doing. He was very professional and cordial, and I walked away a happy customer.
The most impressive part of this experience was how fast and efficient it was — I was in and out in literally 10 minutes. You don’t find this level of quality service anywhere, and you don’t get in and out without feeling buyer’s remorse. None of that here, because Mike really knows his stuff. I can’t say it enough.
Picked up my purchase the next day after getting the pants hemmed. I’m a fan, and I’ll be back here instead of going to one of the major chains.

I needed some dress shirts and ties so visited Macys. You barely get any service and the selection was average. On my way into the mall, I walked into MAX. A large sign said «suit plus shirt plus tie for $ 139». It turns out, it’s on ANY suit in the entire store.
Within 20 minutes, Mike helped me pick out a beautiful charcoal gray suit, and several shirts and ties. He has an on-​site tailor who adjusted the pants on the spot for $ 6, and I’m good to go.
If you need a suit, formal wear, a tuxedo, you name it. Give MAX a thought. Mike will take care of you!
