Papa John’s Pizza

This Papa Johns is really just so bad. They truly cannot get an order right. Every time we order from them there is ALWAYS an error. Every. Time. Now, it’s just expected. Tonight, I ordered two pizzas — a regular pepperoni and a well done veggie. Yeah, so, the pepperoni was well done and the veggie was barely cooked. This happens every time. Every time. Literally, every time. Every single order is WRONG. Every time. So, I’m done. Goodbye, Papa Johns.

Disappointed that they charged extra for an additional garlic sauce when they deliver. I spent $ 3.00 for 4 additional sauces — each pizza only comes with one small sauce. When I spoke to the manager Luis, he explained that some managers and stores do not charge for additional sauces, but he does. I told Luis that when we pick up from his store that they don’t charge for the sauces, and he didn’t seem to care. He just repeated how much the cost of the additional sauces were. I spent $ 30 on pizzas, and this felt like a major rip off!

Papa John’s pizza is above average and that’s why I have 4 stars. Based on the price you pay, the quality of food is acceptable and it tastes good. It’s not amazing but for a broke college student like me it works.

Awful, horrible and the worst all in one disappointing pizza place. Customer service? Non existent. Follow thru… none. Slow delivery. .2 hours! Sloooww
I ordered 8 pizzas from this location for a family gathering (grandmothers 90^th birthday). It took almost 2 hours for delivery. When the pizzas were ordered the employee did not verify the delivery address. Turns out they had a local clubhouse as the address, not my home. By the time it was all worked out it was nearly 2 hours before I received my pizzas. (Domino’s pizza verifies delivery address twice while on the phone, I pay attention to these things now).
So, naturally I speak to the manager on duty (Kaitlin), she promises coupons for free pizzas. It is their «policy» to verify the address on every order and she was sorry. She insists there was nothing she could do that night. I reluctantly agreed, as I had 20 hungry people at my home. I am told to expect an email with the promised coupons… it never came.
I called 2 – 3 weeks later, again Kaitlin answers and says she remembers me and that it was «strange» that I hadn’t received the email. Kaitlin assured me it would be taken care that evening when the manager came in. Again weeks pass… No Email… No Phone Call.Nothing.
I am forced to once again call the fine people at Papa John’s. This time I get the head honcho, Brandon or Brennan, I believe.
This is the good part…
The manger then tells me that he remembers «hearing something» about my issue, but too much time had passed and there was nothing he could do, convenient right? I am so cross at this point I could spit nails. .too much time? So, it seems to me that the managment team «kicks the can» for awhile then blows off customer complaints. I ask to speak to the owner or district manager, can you guess what I was told? You bet ‘cha…“NO! We can’t give his number out” what? he doesn’t talk to customers? Well, at least when they are unhappy I assume. I am told to go to the company website and write a complaint (which I did, to an unsurprising lack of response). Brandon procedes to offer me 3 coupons for free pizzas, my original order was 8 pizzas ($ 150), it was the most he could do because it was several weeks since they messed up my order. I accepted his offer, very begrudgingly, but accepted it.
Anyone care to guess the next line…
No coupons, nothing again! They LIE! It is like a huge punch in the face. I will never again eat another Papa John’s pizza and I hope you dont either.
It is obvious that the company does not value its customers, please don’t reward them with your hard earned money!

Pizza I’m used to is from NY/​NJ. Nothing out here is close. At least Papa John’s is consistent. Very nice staff here too.

Disgusting pizza! After having only 2 slices my stomach started to hurt and needless to say I was up ALL NIGHT sick. No need for details here, but it made me so ill, I will never order from here again. Delivery was made on time, but it was a little cold, not hot like most places deliver. Back to ZPizza for us!

I had a great experience here.
Wanted a quick, cheap lunch the other day and stopped by this location.
Ordered a personal pepperoni pizza and I can’t emphasize how amazing it tasted! It was perfectly done; and I only had to wait 8 minutes for it.
Never going to Round Table, Domino’s, or Pizza Hut again — Papa John’s is where it’s at. The guy helping out was pretty friendly, too. I’d recommend this place if you’re looking for a quick, delicious lunch!

I have ordered from other PAPA JOHN’S PIZZA places and I found out that this location is the closest so I decided to order delivery from here. We placed an order for a LARGE pizza with 3 toppings. We asked for it to be WELL DONE.
After placing the order, we waited for an HOUR until we finally called to follow-​up…
A girl picked up the phone and apologized that our pizza was running late and it should arrive shortly. 20 min later, our pizza was delivered.
Not only was our pizza NOT well done, it was somewhat cold. We called back and started to question why our pizza was cold and why it took so long. The girl asked if we wanted to speak to her manager Chris, and we said yes.
Now, this guy Chris is probably the most pathetic excuse for a manager I have ever dealt with. He first said that their ordering system was not working properly due to some orders being mixed up with online orders, like that’s our problem. Then he proceeded to question why we asked for well done…
Chris did not apologize nor did he offer us ANYTHING to make up for our late cold pizza. After being told that we were going to never order from his location, he responded with, «Yea, go ahead and do that»
Pathetic service from a pathetic manager. Don’t order from here unless you want HORRIBLE service along with LOUSY food…
