Starbucks

Come on people at Starbucks STOP mopping the floor at night when people are still there. Can’t you wait until the strore is closed? The floor is slippery and someone is going to get hurt. Drinks never warm enough. Extra hot means hot.

I’ve only been here a couple times In the morning and it seems like a busy location. The line moves fast, and the workers are all nice.
You get the high school kids on their way to school getting their caffeine to keep awake from the boring teachers. One table has a group of old farts. One thing is I don’t see any bums. If they need one I can bring a couple from my local Starbucks.

Sucks that I walk in and lady kept talking and ignored me I was there for a while until I asked her who her manager was she still didn’t care to ask me anything .I left in happy and no drink

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve been to in the entire country. It’s always dirty inside and out. The employees are always half engaged between their work and some personal inane conversation. By 7:30pm the place is VERY unwelcoming: the snack case is empty, the menu boards are inexplicably turned around so you cannot see all the items, and some barista is literally mopping around your shoes. I’ve tweeted at the official Starbucks account regarding this place several times. When is somebody going to do something about this utter dump?

I hate to go off about how hard it must be to be a barista, but I will anyways. Once you get confused about the difference between heavy steam cream and breve you’ve lost me completely.
Will not be back ever.

This Starbucks is the most unprofessional location I’ve ever seen… I’m not a person who would normally write a bad review and I actually never have. However because I’ve worked in a food place along with clothing retail for many years… And still couldn’t believer this place, I had to write it. This Starbucks was so unorganized. They had five employees on shift and 3 were messing around making jokes about the bacon on the floor and talking about their personal outside life. while two ladies were doing all the work. The line was all the way to the door, and not another employee decided to help them. I felt bad for the girl. I could tell the two younger girls who were working very hard were annoyed by the 3 other coworkers. One of the girls asked her coworkers man to mop the floors… He began sweeping and lifts up the floor mats and the floors were disgusting! They looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long long time. Then he proceed to pick up the matts and drop them right next to me and the dirt from dropping the matts when all over my feet. Overall you could tell the employees didn’t take there job very serious. It was sad to see a Starbucks being ran like that because I always think of Starbucks as a clean nice place

First of all I have to say I’m not a Starbucks regular and I don’t even drink coffee (Booo I know). But the green tea was good as always, it was clean and the staff was friendly. I got to work on my laptop and they had these cool things for wireless phone charging right there on your table.
I use Starbucks as my back-​up office! I’ll be back.

Seems like I am not the only one who notices that this Starbucks’ customer service is a zero on a 0 – 100 scale. Perception is everything and when a customer sees that employees are chitchatting instead of doing their job. it makes a difference. Hopefully the owner will make a change with their current staff and hire professionals that put customers needs first. I’ve always stopped by this location since is the closest to me. After today, you’ve lost a loyal customer.

Small Starbucks, no drive thru. Minimal seating. Outdoor seating poorly located on the side with vehicle traffic passing by too close. Entrance is well worn and glass dirty.
If 7 or more people are in line, you’re out the door. Needs an interior and exterior redesign.

People are right. They do seem to chat with each other in this store. And it is kinda dirty. Starbucks Corporate– are you listening

This review would have been a 1 star but the fact that there were only 2 employees working is why there’s another star.
I usually go to this Starbucks because it’s so close to my home and this location is sufficient most of the time. Today was not a good visit. I get that they seemed understaff and it took longer to get my drink. What I didn’t like was that two other customers that came after me got their drinks first. At that point I was annoyed and asked them where my drink was. The guy was like «oh it’s right here» and didn’t even bother apologizing. Not very good customer service there.

This Starbucks has the worst staff, honestly. Another place where the employees chat with their coworkers and don’t say a word when you’re standing at the register and watching them ignore you, I love it. And then the attitude when they finally deem you worthy of their attention, nice.

This location is always sooo dirty and the employees are always rude. It’s right next to a high school, so I guess it makes sense but cue the «why you gotta be so ruuuuuude» lyrics. I swear I’ve been in this place several times in the last year and every time I experience all the employees on their «bad days»…AKA them just being rude and grumpy for no reason. It’s also like they forget to clean or wipe up spills. With so many locations in the area, don’t come here.

On my way to work & this location was on the way. Ordered one of my usual; green tea frap. Drink was good but service was sub par: workers were mildly friendly but seemed «all business».

This is because I couldn’t get a drink. I’m sure everything is good. Service etc. But the volume here is crazy. They should have a bigger store. I am sure the revenue could justify it. If you don’t mind waiting 15 minutes on a Sunday morning then have at it

I continue to frequent this Starbucks due to the proximity to my home. Just once I would love to leave happy… On more than one occasion I’ve had my seemingly simple English breakfast soy tea latte made incorrectly, my name has not been called when ready despite that it is very visibly written on the side of my Venti cup, and the general unhappiness of the staff is deflating. My husband has vowed never to enter that particular Starbucks again due to every staff member running around like a chicken with their head cut off.

I love the people that work here and the drinks always come out right… I want to give them give stars but this place is so dirty and has slow service. Even though they are by a high school, this place is not cleaned enough. The bathroom door and walls look like they’ve never been cleaned. The counters are messy and overall it just looks in need of a good scrub down. Please step it up in your cleaning! There’s no excuse! I e taken some pics but I should’ve brighten them because you can’t tell how bad it is. It’s a sneak peak of a Starbucks I really really want to love but don’t… Yet!

I feel like this place has turned over a new leaf, the workers seem friendlier and management or whomever has finally fixed the broken tile in the front (sheesh like after months). They’ve actually started to make my drink right too– I know I’m high maintenance or whatever but still– is it that hard to read the cup and follow the directions? 140 degrees is important to soy– first because hotter than that and the soy curdles (ew) and second because seriously I want to drink my beverage now and not 20 minutes from now.

This is the closet Starbucks to my house, but I now go down to the street to another one. The service is terrible. A morgue has more life than the people who work inside this Starbucks. This is the only Starbucks I can say the service is bad. If you hot coffee from cold people, this is the place for you.

A summer of coming here 2 – 3 times a week on my way to work, and I can firmly give this place 2 stars. The baristas (like, 80% of them) seem less happy to be awake than I am, and the least happy always seems to be working the register. I don’t know why this location is so busy, either. I get that it’s probably the *most* commute-​friendly (like, I don’t know, if you work at the high school or Saddleback Church?), but they don’t have a drive thru, and the parking lot is the most miserable one in the area. And, yes, it’s small as heck. Like, cramped… not once have I come here to stay and do homework, even though it’s on of the closest to my house. Like I said… commute friendly for me, since it’s the only one I don’t have to go out of my way to get to. Otherwise I would never come here.
