I stay at a lot of hotels every year on business, and most of my picks are Hamptons. Everything here is clean and looks nice, but I have one large problem that makes me decide to put 2 stars cuz I expect more from a Hampton suit hotel. This hotel is extremely loud. Meaning I can hear everything that everyone is doing in every direction, and yes the hotel appearance is nice BUT the whole point in a hotel is to sleep and get rest. This place sounds as thin walled as a cheap motel(as well as the beds are very hard) I can hear TV from my left, talking and banging around to my right and I can hear every step and stomping around non stop from every direction and keeps me awake and frustrated. I usually love the Hampton suites but this is the worst one so far.

I stay in the valley area quite a bit on business and have tried many of the hotels of the Hilton brand down here and always come back to this location. Clean, new, friendly staff, good gym amenities, and good location.

It was what You expect from a Hampton inn. Clean rooms, convenient, and safe location. the Only knock I have on them is the beds could be upgraded. They are close to end of life. Will stay here again.

I give this Hampton 5 stars!!! Not only is it clean, the beds are AMAZING!!! First night here I didn’t want to get out of bed!!! Of course I had to or I would have missed there amazing breakfast which they serve from 6am-10!!! That’s right 10!!! They understand you want to sleep in a little later here ;). Every day from 5:30 — 7:30 you get free beer. Wine & food :) last night they had amazing hot wings, chips and salsa, chicken salad and crackers, cheese tray etc. the rooms and everything about this hotel is modern and super clean! Love the pool here and the staff is oh so friendly :) lets not forget the free cookies all day either ;)

I gave this Hampton 5 Shiney Gold Stars as compared to other Hamptons. This one is a winner for sure… Let’s start with a great young manager that has a feel for customer connection, not just service but bonding and developing a relationship that makes you want to come back! He picked me up at the airport at 10:30pm one night in his own vehicle… Had a managers reception three nights a week for our group, to help develop a relationship with our company and be hotelier of choice in the RGV! His property shines all the time… clean, neat and everything works! Great technology, a new spin on the common area and exemplary new suite layout that gives the business traveler lots of living space and work space as well… and it’s fun cool space too! Also, a great workout/exercise space that had room, machines, free weights, mats and balls… nice! To top it all off he afforded us a great rate through Hilton worldwide… great spot to lay your head at night!

Impressive hotel! With new business and commerce copping up in the Valley, more business class lodging is needed. And they are popping up like weeds. This particular Hampton does not disappoint. I have never stayed in a Hampton that has it’s own business center in the suite. Usually you get a good L-shaped space with kitchenette, sofa, big area floor space, vanity area, and king bed. In this unit, rather than the big floor area, a rather beautiful, contemporary built-in work station is provided with 40″ flat screen, lots of pluggage, wireless(of course), and comfy chair. Had I not gotten in so late, I would have worked during the night just because it was so inviting. I also have never seen a hotel with this technology: wave swipe cards. Typically, you get a key card that you stick in to a slot, attached to your door knob, right? Well, here you just wave the card in front of the door knob, and you are good to go. Granted, my first key did not work, and I had to go downstairs for another(annoying!), but after that, I was good. I thought that was particularly cool.
