Every single time we come here they are out of what I order — the holiday blend(both blonde and dark), the holiday spice flat white, cream, chai tea etc. I keep coming back here because it’s close to my house and it’s STARBUCKS — surely they will get it together. Now it’s been a few months and juts today I come in and order(yet again) Christmas blend(blonde or dark — doesn’t matter) and they don’t have it– either one. What??? Very first world problem but I mean seriously. You are a free standing Starbucks and you only have one kind of coffee brewed? This place never ceases to annoy me. Guess I finally have to cross it off my list of places I always go.

The slowest Starbucks I have ever been to so far. If you want a drink come an order it 30 minutes ahead. Time and be prepared to wait.

Quite easily the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to, not sure why they can’t get it together. Just got an americano that was so full it was seeping out of the cup all over me & the rest of inside of my car. Seriously, do any of the baristas actually drink coffee? I was really excited to see this location being built because it’s near my house. Since it opened I have experienced poor service & bad coffee. Now I drive right by this location & go to the Starbucks in Target.

This new location used to be a Taco Bell. Way to save a building! Good coffee and decent breakfast sandwiches are why I come here. I opt for the Veranda blonde roast if they are brewing it… it’s my favorite.

Teleworkers and students be advised. There are lots of tables and chairs in center of dining area but no power outlets. If you need to plug-in, the only outlets are along the wall.

This location just opened a few weeks ago, and I’ve made a few pit stops before reviewing, to give them a chance to work out any kinks. It’s not the coziest of cafes, pretty wide open layout and limited comfortable furniture compared to some Starbucks… a bit more modern and spare. More a pop-in, pop out, than sit and read/study, for instance. It’s fairly large… large lot, also. Small outdoor seating in front, but right on Johnson Drive, so not ultra serene. The staff seems to be hitting their groove the past couple of times I’ve been in, and have upped their game a bit.

I’ve been here twice. First time was drive-thru, it took a while, but my drink was right. Today we came in because I had been gifted a gift card! Yay! I had a salted Carmel skinny iced mocha and turkey bacon sandwich, he had a egg and cheese sandwich with PSL. We were helped really fast, it was moderately busy when we came in, then a line of 10 people showed up suddenly after us.

It’s not very often that I have a bad experience at Starbucks. I generally stop in once or twice a week for an iced mocha and always leave very pleased. This is the first time I’ve been irked to the point to give them a poor review. While this is a new location and I understand that they are working the kinks out, the«issues» with their espresso machine were not the problem. This particular day there was only two other customers inside and upon arriving there were four employees behind the counter, and it was undoubtedly five minutes before another employee came to the register to take our order. Without apology for the wait or even saying greeting, we were asked what we wanted and then proceeded to wait 15 minutes for our drinks. Again no apologies were offered for making us wait or for making the wrong drinks. We only heard about the employees issues and how they were supposed to be off an hour ago. The friendly attitudes and what seems like good leadership and management at most Starbucks was glaringly absent at this location. Unfortunately I will not be back to this Starbucks.
