I enjoyed the delicious food and great service. The employees were professional, courteous, and fast. The dining area was nicely decorated, and one employee was working to keep it clean. There was a play area for the kiddos, and two drive thru lanes.

I love This location the food is always fresh, everything is perfect very Clean place. All the staff is Friendly These kids that Work Here know what they are doing very well trained. Love chicken

Biscuits are overcooked, the rolls on the chicken minis are dry. They also gave me the wrong type of chicken on my biscuit once. 2 stars for being friendly.

I love their food and service but hate some of the companies anti gay/women’s rights views. Anyways this review is about food not politics. Their chicken sandwiches are so good! I grew up on chic-​fil-​a in the south and missed it dearly upon moving back to the Midwest until its arrival here. Their fries and lemonade are also delisious. The staff always goes above and beyond which is unheard of in the fast food industry. It’s nice hearing them say my pleasure after everything but I would get tired of saying it after working there an extended period of time. This isn’t the intercontintal hotel people, let’s let the employees express their true sincere thanks in other ways than a scripted my pleasure. If you can get past the instrumentsl music playing soft secular tunes like «my heart will go on» and christan top favorites you will enjoy your dining experience at this place. Don’t forget you have to have a love for children as this place attracts stay at home Moms that home school and brith children by the dozen.

The best as far as fast food goes. The Chick Fil A deluxe with the honey barbecue sauce is where it’s at. Their waffle fries are awesome, side salads are more than just iceberg lettuce and dressing, and their chicken nuggets (battered and grilled) are a great snack. I’m always impressed at how pleasant the staff is, and their efficiency. I always look forward to Chick Fil A on my way home from the airport.

Fabulous breakfast. Every time we have been to this store the employees have been wonderful. So polite and make you glad you came in!

love the fact that they have the table mats for my 11 month old who practically eats off the table. I haven’t been to CFA in over a year until today and i feel that it has changed a lot. Great service at this location (can’t say the same on the 95^th and quivera location).

I’ve never been to a Chickfila that refused to serve French fries before 10:30. Not ever. Thanks for the wasted trip! It’s not hard to pop in some fries in the fryer with all of the other fried food that y’all serve. Seriously ridiculous.

As always CFA delivers the best tasting chicken around. i Also appreciated the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS SITE! Somebody has been taking training seriously — clean, efficient, courteous.

My boyfriend eats here twice a week, I usually buy it via drive-​thru. I get myself something here once a week. His favorites are spicy chicken, chocolate shakes, waffle fries. Mine are chicken strips with Polynesian sauce, waffle fries with ranch sauce. Service is super friendly. Food addition to our neighborhood.

I really do love me some grilled chicken nuggets from Chick-​fil-​a. YUM!!! And as for this particular location, they do a fine job. As for all the Chick-fil-a’s in the KC area, they are newer. They all still look like new, generally clean and always friendly staff. This is the one closest to where I live and also a great stop for protien before the gym when I’m in a rush after work. A 4 – 6 piece grilled nugget is perfect.
The only reason they don’t get 5 stars is their odd double drive-​thru and entrance into the location if coming south down Metcalf. It’s just a pain.
Keep it up KC Chick-​fil-​a… always a pleasure to be a customer with such wonderful customer service.

This Chick Fil A recently opened close to where I live and since then I have become a fan of the restaurant. The food is always good quality (for fast food), service always friendly and quick, and it’s a good location and the building is nice and well-​kept.
Only 4 stars because at times they are over-​staffed and then it feels like the employees don’t know what they are doing. Also, because they are new they are overly nice… at one of my first visits I was given my change at the drive-​thru and it was beyond awkward. The manager (owner?) handed me my money and grabbed my hand and continued to hold it for longer than necessary (to make sure I didn’t drop my money). Polite, yes. Still weird.

I grew up in Georgia and I have been eating Chick-​fil-​A since I was 10 years old. So perhaps I am partial to this restaurant, but you cannot deny the fact that they have some of the freshest and tastiest chicken dishes available in any fast food restaurant. Chick-​fil-​A is a model establishment. They show you what customer service is, although going sometimes slightly above what is needed, But I will take that any day over ‘eat it if you want” Attitude other restaurants have.
I love the spicy chicken sandwich, the chicken strips and a half lemonade half sweet tea combo for my drink with some waffle fries. YUM!

Brand new chick Fil A. Now, I didn’t eat much chick Fil a until this store opened, now I eat it more frequently (roughly once a week). It’s very close to where I live so I received a bunch of coupons and have been using quite a bit of those.
The staff is really nice, almost to the point where it gets creepy. You can tell they’re trying too hard. Most of the employees are high school kids and they seem pretty competent, but get 5 or more of them in the kitchen area and mass chaos ensues. They’re way overstaffed and they get all cluttered and can’t keep track of orders, their paranoia shows…
The food is good, lots of indoor seating, a play place for the kiddos, but the staff really tries too hard to be friendly. I’ll be back, but mostly for a quick drive through snack!
