Room was very clean. I managed to get a Pure Allergy room which was nice. The bed was fine. I liked the fact there was a full shower not a tub combo. The staff were always very nice. No complaints

I cannot believe that I stayed at the same hotel that others reviewed. We had ONE day of maid service on a four night stay. The hotel is fairly new but poor management has already taken its toll. I can’t tell if the problem is a general manager who just doesn’t care or housekeeping abusing one that is oblivious. Every door sticks(housekeeper is supposed to notify maintenance). AC controls were whacked. Even though we called the front desk and later went down in person five hours later, no one cleaned. When we cslled for towels they sent the lady to the wrong room and we saw her wandeeing the hall. When we politely complained we were curtly told we must have left the DND tag out(we didn’t on any day) and that there was no manager we could talk to. This Homewood is on a local«hotel row». Pick any other. Frankly, I think we would have gotten better service next door at the«weekly rates cheap cheap cheap» place.

Very roomy! The bed was super comfortable. The room was semi-clean. I feel like someone had a party and it wasn’t cleaned properly afterward due to numerous pieces of confetti and popped balloon pieces my little ones kept finding. Breakfast was okay. It was a hot breakfast. we ate rather early(6:45) and it was lukewarm at best and seemed like it’s been sitting out for a while. Deborah came out to pick up dishes and she was super friendly with my children. It was lovely to have a genuinely friendly staff member to talk to when everyone else(staff-wise) seemed to have attitudes.

When traveling I often forget about Hilton’s Homewood Suites brand. I spent two nights here this week and I will return based on one single offering… Manger’s Reception, free beer Coors Light and Yuengling on tap. This evening it was Brats, salad & cheddar cheese soup, accompanied by chips and pretzels. the perfect place to wind down a stressful day. Very affordable for what you get.

Newer property that is being maintained nicely. Not a fan of the $ 75 pet fee as we always leave our room considerably tidy before checking out. The breakfast offerings were fresh and the attendant(forgot her name) was very attentive. Will return!

Business in Mobile, this is a brand new well appointed and well staffed suite hotel. I noticed the staff not only was friendly(everybody, from the young ladies at the desk to the maintenance staff.) but there were actually enough people to discretely keep the place clean and orderly. Room was clean and fresh. Suite had full kitchenette, including utensils and anything you need to feed yourself if restaurant eating has gotten old for the frequent traveler. Or, forget cooking. Hot breakfast was good(typical hotel breakfast) and the dining area clean. A small dinner is also served weeknights, with a great looking variable menu, complementary wine and beer! 24HR coffee and tea availability. So if you need a nice hotel to base yourself out of during the business week, I recommend.

Great experience. Tara at the front desk was great and very friendly. The dinners were very good, the complimentary wine was a great way to end each night :) and the rooms were great. I was nervous because the website didn’t really have any pictures but it was a very nice property. It is a new property. The pool was still being worked on while we stayed there but it looked nice. The only con to me was the location. Was very close to the interstate and airport if that’s what you’re looking for but I would have preferred to be closer to downtown. Took a lot of pictures will post!
