FORBREAKFAST: Food was ok. Service was TERRIBLE. We came here expecting great things because the reviews were good but at the price point and class of the restaurant, this place left a lot to be desired. They brought coffee but we had to ask for mugs to drink it in. The food took about 45 minutes to come out after ordering. They overcooked my friends egg for his Benedict and they didn’t bring any butter, jam or condiments of any kind with our food. We basically had to ask for most of the things you’d just sort of expect. The French toast was mushy and under-cooked. The rest of the food(eggs, benedict, chicken & waffles) was not bad but not outstanding. I would not recommend this place for breakfast to anyone. It may be better for lunch or dinner.

A new great concept for hotel dining. Very good and creative regional fare. Pleasant, hardworking staff with professional charm. Enjoy an evening out!

Great vibe. My wife and I did New Year’s Eve dinner here. We found the atmosphere to be very unique — industrial and rustic all at once, without feeling contrived. The wood grilled red snapper was INCREDIBLE, and my wife also had the crab bisque which was perfectly rich in flavor(not too much, not too little). And the bread pudding was perfectly done — the waitress told us they use the croissants from the breakfast bakery next door at the same hotel. The head he’d even came out to greet us at our table, which was a nice touch. We will definitely return here!

My husband and I stayed at the hotel on our way to Destin and thanks to a long drive and rainy weather we didn’t want to walk and boy did that work out for us. The restaurant décor was fabulous and the food even better! The service was great and both the Chef and Manager stopped by the table. The Chef told us they have their own garden and bee hives on the roof that produces honey they use in their recipes. Our food was fantastic. I had the rosemary brined fried chicken and my husband had the shrimp appetizer with a caeser salad. Then at the manager’s recommendation we got the bread pudding and it was wonderful. It uses the house made cinnamon buns as the base. Highly recommend from start to finish!!!

Excellent! Braised short ribs were generous in portion, tender, and presented with a nuanced sauce. Baby Kale Trio has candied conecuh sausage and poached egg that serves as a balance of southern tradition and complementary flavors of home. Bread pudding placed a new twist on a traditional favorite. Our server, Allison, was warm and eager to ensure we had a pleasant experience. Don’t be put off by the small number of individuals in the restaurant. Its new but sure to become a favorite.

Five stars for great service and a beautiful atmosphere. The food was delicious. We had the gumbo, lamb, red snapper, and shrimp and grits. We even tried the red velvet cheesecake and bread pudding. The lamb was my favorite. Especially the puréed carrot it was served with. The only suggestion is to have a bread service before the meal. I love having a little bread with my wine before a meal.(My daughter thought the bread pudding was awesome.) We also had the kale trio salad and Cesar salad. I think Chef Spencer will put Mobile on the foodie map with this great restaurant!

Casual fine dining. Had the fish of the day, and it was wonderful! Hot and cooked perfect! Love the risotto that came with it. Such a pretty place and the staff are well informed. Love that I can bring large parties and have private dining rooms! Will be back for sure.
