This store is right down the street from where I am currently residing. I remember when W/D called themselves«The Beef People» my how times have changed. The store is clean and well supplied. The produce looked good on my first visit to the store. I entered at 1645 on a sunday and was surprised by the PA announcement that they were closing in 15 minutes! Closing at 5PM, lawdy lawdy. Otherwise a good store.

This is my go store when I can’t get to Wal-Mart. Always find what what I need and more. I like the self check-out counters, which saves quite a bit of time. You don’t have to be a techie to work them either. Also, get a Winn Dixie card because it will save you some dough. The only bad thing about this place is the evening traffic. It can be difficult at times crossing over to a particular street when leaving.

The Walmart at Dawes & Cottage Hill is closer to my house, but this is where I grocery shop. 99.9% of the time, they are well-stocked(in all fairness, I’m sometimes on the hunt for the likes of cilantro, low-carb wraps, etc). You can save some moolah if you try to stick with their BYGOF deals and using your winn dixie card. Wide aisles and the produce section is clean. They are regularly offering different brands, so it’s nice to see a different selection from the same-old same-old. They have a organic section that has many gluten-free items available. Service has always been great, they bag your groceries and even sometimes offer to walk you to your car. Two thumbs up. Pros: Clean store, well-stocked, friendly service Cons: Sometimes hard to get out of the parking lot due to traffic, wish they had more low-carb items
