I stop by this location once or twice in a month after work(after 12am). Every visit was fast, fresh food, and great customer service. Why can’t other fast food be like this one. I really do appreciate the outstanding service.

Well, if Carl’s Jr. has WiFi, I’m the King of England. Aren’t all of these fast-food companies victims, uh, I mean customers of the same company that does video and WiFi? You know, the company whose name rhymes with INFINITY? Either Carl’s Jr. got the WiFi equipment left over from the bust(1990?) or they chose the $ 15.00/month 128 bits per fortnight plan because I’ve yet to find that their WiFi actually works and stays connected for longer than it takes me to find that it dropped my iPhone. For the rates at which Carl’s Jr. keeps raising their prices, you’d think they’d do something to attract and keep customers. You know? Like good WiFi? Carl’s did some whoopee-Dee-do drawing to win a customized Corvette. Heck, you couldn’t even get on their website for two weeks to register your code. Nor could you telephone someone to say ‘Hey! What gives?‘ Don’t get me wrong: many people here are very nice, pleasant, engaging individuals who have nothing whatsoever to do with the selection of Carl’s Jr. Internet plan. I appreciate the courtesy of Carl’s Jr. employees bringing meals out to people who are waiting to eat there. Very nice people, all. Some of the District managers have locoweed mixed in their kibble. Comes with the territory, I guess. But the restaurant that has good food, reasonable prices, AND decent internet is going to get my vote. And my business. As bad and expensive as Starbucks Coffee is, at least they have decent WiFi. Try finding an open seat in Starbucks between 7:00AM and 9:00PM! I mean, there’s usually a waiting line of customers trying to sit among the predatory vagrants who are stealing paying customers’ possessions and identities, and showering in the men’s bathroom in shifts. If Starbucks can do it, Carl’s, why can’t you? Some of the new hamburgers at Carl’s rock the house. So do the prices. Hey, you get what you pay for — except the WiFi. The WiFi at Wendy’s blows the socks right off a customer as they get within a block or two. Hmmm.

So I have a coupon for a $ 1 off a breakfast burrito that came in my junk mail. Which I don’t consider junk mail because it’s money that helps you get a discount from certain restaurants. anyways I decided this morning that I would stop by this Carl’s and try their breakfast burrito. I tried the loaded burrito and I was asked if I wanted ketchup. EWW really people put ketchup in their burrito. So I’m thinking this burrito is tasteless and people add ketchup to add flavor. I said no thanks and figured if it was tasteless I would toss it. I take a couple bites and am blown away that it came from a fast food place. WOW the flavors of Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Ham, Bacon Bits, Hash Brown Nuggets, Shredded Jack and Cheddar Cheeses and Fresh Salsa Wrapped in a Warm Flour Tortilla. It was absolutely delicious and kicked myself for always eating Mickey D’s burritos that made my tummy upset. This burrito was so yummy I will definitely be back if I need breakfast to go. And no upset tummy! WHOhooo!

Worst customer service ever took too long to get my food… Drive through mind you… Actually had the chance to turn my engine off 20 min later got my food… I actually timed it. :-(not good

The staff here have always been very nice; one of the only reasons I keep coming back. The food has always been just okay… Sometimes it is fresh, sometimes it tastes like it has been under a heatlamp for a while. But the reason I give 3 stars is this: my wife and I ordered a meal with zuchinni. Upon tasting them, they were freezer-burned. My wife took them back to the counter to get something else explaining the problem. The girl at the counter gladly exchanged them for regular fries, but then put them under the heatlamp to re sell. GROSS!!! =P

Great service ! Beyond my expectations !!! A worker was going around asking guest if they needed anything i thought that was very nice of him! Very quite clean fast service, the staff very out going ! food was very tasty not sloppy like other places that just make the food fast and throw it together ! From all the Carl’s jr this is my favorite one always clean and fast even the drive thru will continue to come here for a while because they never miss my order so I love this place !

Quite a good location, in my pre-yelp days this wasn’t one of my favorite spots turns out I’ve been missing out. Probably one of the best crews I’ve seen. They were helpful, professional and took the time to do a special order for us WITH A SMILE. All in all an awesome experience.

I wish the burgers, for once, would look even remotely close to the pictures on the menu. I just ate a Memphis burger that was no where near what I expected. The picture looked great, but the burger was flat with very little pulled pork and three of those onion strings… yea, THREE! This place sucks!

It is a rare occasion when I get my meal done right. Lately I’ve been getting the six dollar burger with no pickles, no tomatoes, sub white onions, and sub pepper jack cheese. The ticket will always read correctly yet the people working the line never get it right. Or if it is right they have the mayo slopped on like 3x extra. I’ve complained to corporate in hopes to help out not only my future orders, but other people’s as well. They offered me a free replacement, but since I got attitude when I returned my last one, I am nervous they might spit on my food or something. Only reason I’ve continued to go back is because they are located right by the house. But every other one I’ve been to has been 100% better than this place. I think the part that pisses me off the most is that they have the nerve to talk shit about me in Spanish when they were the ones who messed up my order. Just a pure damn shame.

Annoying flys greet you at this facility. For a 24 hour barf and puke you would think they would have their shit together. The hash browns were cold, burrito much smaller than usual and soda machine didn’t dispense anything until I had to ask the manager to turn on the machine. The order took about 5 minutes because the manager was the only person who would take the order. With such shitty service and cold food I wonder how the fuck this place stays open. A waste of fucking time, and a great shit way to start my fuck day.
